Pediatric Dental Professionals

My daughter has been going to Pediatric Dental Professionals for many years. I have always experienced the very best care from the dentists there. We were always treated with respect and courtesy. Today we saw Dr Ana for the first time and was truly impressed with her kindness and ability to put you at ease. She was very thorough and explained everything to us. Thanks for providing dental care for my daughter.

While new to the practice, Dr. Ana is fitting right in. As with the rest of the courteous, warm, and professional staff, Dr. Ana goes out of her way to make the little ones feel at ease and comfortable (and sometimes simply distracted) so the dental appointments can go as smoothly as possible. Very happy to have such a great place to take my kiddos for all their dental and orthodontic needs.

This was my first experience with this provider after transitioning from our previous dentist, and overall it was a positive one. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and appeared very competent in her approach to care. During the visit, panoramic X-rays were taken. In hindsight, it would have been helpful to verify insurance coverage in advance, since our plan allows this only once every five years. With prior confirmation, we could have arranged to transfer existing images from our previous provider. This is something future patients may want to discuss ahead of time to avoid any surprises. I would also recommend having a brief conversation about optional services, such as laughing gas, especially for older children, as these may not always be necessary or covered by insurance. Clarifying these details beforehand can help ensure a smoother experience. Overall, the provider delivered quality care, and with a bit more upfront communication on insurance and options, the experience could be even better.

We’ve been coming to this PDP for years bc we had such a great experience with the previous dentist Dr Robus. Unfortunately, she has been replaced by Dr. Ana Tijerina and our experience has been very disappointing. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time (when the clinic was empty) and when she finally saw us her demeanor was cold and unprofessional. She did not introduce herself to me as the parent and showed very little effort to communicate with or put my children at ease. She also pressured my 6 and 8 YOs to get X-rays despite no current concerns or history of cavities and then stated that they would need 4 X-rays every 6 months even without any issues which felt unnecessary. The dental hygienist Laura was lovely, and Dora at the front desk was kind and helpful. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. Parents!! please beware. This clinic is not what it used to be!

We had a wonderful experience with this dentist for my 6-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son. The staff is amazing with kids and had them laughing the whole time. The office is very clean, and they take the time to explain everything before doing anything, which really helped my kids feel comfortable. We are very grateful and highly recommend them to other families!

Everyone is always so kind and welcoming to all the kids. It’s a very friendly and positive environment every time we visit. We see Mrs. Laura, and she is absolutely the best!

We had a wonderful experience at PDP. The entire team is incredibly kind and caring. During both of my sons’ cleanings, the staff was gentle and spoke to my 3- and 4-year-old with such ease and warmth. Dr. Robus was also fantastic! She’s a parent herself and clearly knows how to connect with children, handling everything with grace and patience. The office staff was equally impressive, helping us navigate pricing and insurance and answering all of our questions thoroughly. Thank you all for making it such a positive visit!
