Absolutely amazing staff here, We waited a very long time for this appointment and when they seen my daughter needed treatment fast they got her the appointment fast. You can tell they care About your children, And I like that, they allow parents to be by the side of their children because it’s a great way to help calm them down with new experience Absolutely love it s edit: editing this to say yeah they’re great on the first appointment to reel you in and then after that, treat you like absolute garbage garbage. Not only are they late to bringing you in to every single appointment but they’re frustrated with you when they get in because they’re running behind. My daughter had a procedure done at one point And did fine the second time she was a little nervous she was silently crying to which the head dentist. The woman in charge walked in and told us we needed to leave and schedule back for six weeks. I’m sorry six months because my child was making the other child upset when in fact, the other child in the room was wailing and scream, screaming at the top of her lungs, probably making my child upset, but I didn’t mention thats at all kids are kids. The way she stormed in the room was completely unprofessional, was completely rude and completely made me and my child feel very uncomfortable. Even the assistant who is working on us had a face of shock. The woman at the front desk seem like this is a situation they deal with before And before I left, trying to find the woman who disappeared in the building after being very fresh Decided to come down and give me more attitude when I kindly explain and calmly explain to her that that was extremely unprofessional behavior and the way you made us feel was not ok And I’m pretty sure they will always put the needs of them before you. Not only were they 25 minutes late to start that appointment, but they only tried working on my child for maybe a minute and a half before they decided to throw their hands up and the woman walked in. I will never ever ever ever recommend this place to anyone, this was providence location not cranston, never been to cranston have no comments on then

My daughter loves this dentist office! She is treated kindly and the staff is very professional. She even got to go home with a big balloon when finished. Great practice, would highly recommend.

They take both my children, 7 and 8 years old, at the same time. They have several rooms with two dental hygienist chairs. Makes for a very easy and convenient dentist visit.

Wonderful dentist and hygienists! My kids feel so comfortable and the slide in the waiting room doesn’t hurt 😉

It was our first time seeing this dentist. We had an amazing dentist the first 2 times we were there. Everyone else seems wonderful. This time however was pretty awful. I'm not sure why male Drs feel that asking a very very young girl (6) if she has a boyfriend is appropriate?? That was his 2nd question he asked when we first met him.. disgusting. I let it roll off my back though and gave him the benefit of a doubt. Then came the part where he was telling my daughter "if it hurts tell me with your words just say OW and I'll make it better" well 5 seconds into the needle going in she's yelling "OWWWWW" and crying and holding back screams. I can TELL when my daughter is scared/anxious or actually feeling pain. She was genuinely in pain.. and the whole time all he kept saying was "great job tell me with your words good job" AS SHES TELLING HIM WITH HER WORDS!!! if your going to tell someone to TELL YOU when it's hurting then I EXPECT you to do something when they tell you! I held my composure during the appointment for the sake of my kids but I'm never going back to this dentist. He completely lost my trust in the 1st appointment. I asked my daughter later in the day how she felt about when he used the needle and she said she could feel everything and started crying again, I asked her how it made her feel when he didn't listen to her. She said it felt like he hated her..

I cannot say enough good things Pediatrics Dentistry. We’ve been going here since my daughter was 3 years old. Going to the dentist can be scary for little ones, but the entire team here goes above and beyond to make the experience fun and fearless. They are incredibly patient, explain everything in 'kid-friendly' terms, and never make us feel rushed. My daughter actually looks forward to her visits! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares, look no further.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The team is very professional and nice every time. My son walked in nervous the first time and within minutes felt like he was right at home! So grateful we found a place that makes the dentist comfortable and “fun” for the kids!
