Dr. O she is AMAZING!! She is really there for the kids!! Although some days the wait is longer than expected she doesn't get overwhelmed & rush through everyone. She takes her time & really make sure I understand what she's about to do. She listens to the kids & what they want as well. Making sure the kids are comfortable with what she's about to do.

Will not ever take my family member back here. Both dentist treated us poorly. They should be ashamed. They neglected my family member and then had to fix what they caused. Horrible place. Do not trust them to care for anyone in my family.” Dr “Tiana Osbourne and the other male “Dr” ,,,,, the worst. Good thing I know better people that can help .

Starting the experience off strong, I drove to the wrong dentist. 😬 I made it to the correct dentist with 10 minutes to spare. Thankfully, I had already completed their paperwork. They were called back a few minutes early, and the hygienist brushed daughter’s teeth. When she was done, she sent us into a room that can only be described as a storage room/really tiny break room. The time was 2:39. She brushed son’s teeth and said the dentist would be in any moment. 3:01 She came back to let me know it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. We had already been waiting 22 minutes in this tiny room with a broken TV. After playing pretend, singing songs, and dancing for what felt like forever, I looked at the time: 3:30, then 3:45. As each minute passed, the children became increasingly restless. 3:55 After being locked in this glorified prison with three kids for 1 hour and 16 minutes, I went to find the hygienist to see what the hold-up was. 4:01 She came in and said, “She’s with another patient, and it will be another 20 minutes.” I looked at her and said, “Twenty minutes? We have been in this room for an hour and 22 minutes. This is a completely insane wait time just for the dentist to look at their teeth and give us a treatment plan. I live two hours away, have a grocery order to pick up, and other kids with prior engagements. We are leaving.” Her: “I’m sorry. I have no control over how long the wait is.” Me: “Thanks for showing us that you care about all your patients and that you respect their time.” 🙃 I made another appointment for just the exam portion, and we left. I was biting my lip because I could have been extra sassy, but I was over it all and just wanted to go home. This whole experience was unacceptable. I was told this place was autistic friendly. Essentially locking an autistic child in a supply closet for over an hour says quite the opposite

I took my almost 5 year old son here for the first time today. He has autism so the wait time was a bit much, BUT it was worth it. The nurse/assistant Kenya was the first person that we met and my son LOVED her , she was so sweet and patient with him, the dr. Came in and was absolutely amazing with him and so very respectful. The outcome outweighs the wait time. We drove 3 hours to take him here and I won't use any other dentist for my kids. Thank you so much, youre a blessing to my family.

Love this dentist we came from another place and it's been 2 years and still our go to. Dr Marcos was amazing and so patient and gentle with kids. You can tell he loves what he does. We are so thankful for Pediatric dental and their staff!

The kids look forward to seeing Dr. Morcos! He and the staff have done a great job with our 3 children. They respond well to him and his team of friendly hygienists. I would highly recommend.

I can’t even put into words how wonderful this place is! My daughter has sensory issues and they worked wonderfully with her! Made her feel safe and comfortable the whole time. She had fillings done and they coached her the whole time and she’s 5!!! Amazing! Dr. Marcos and assistant Perla were fantastic!
