Very pleased with the procedure and with the explanations with the alternatives given.
I had an upper left cavity to fill -- between two teeth. I barely felt the shot to numb for pain, and felt absolutely nothing as the cavity was being filled. My bite was still very good after checking (biting down on "carbon" paper to be certain that the bite is good), and other than polishing the filling area, the dentist was finished. I know what it feels like to have a poor bite after the filling -- which gives one a terrible headache -- but Dr. Jeffries and his dental assistant did a masterful job.
From the reception desk to my actual surgery, Dr.Jeffrey & his staff have been so kind, caring and helpful throughout my experience with this practice. On 7/15/2026 Dr. Jeffrey removed 10 of my teeth in preparation for an implant denture. He & his chair side assistant, Adriana, were very thorough in explaining exactly how they were going to proceed with this surgery & post operative instructions. Dr. Jeffrey himself called me the next day to see how I was doing & to assess my healing process. What a caring, compassionate & thoughtful gesture! I’ve been seen at this practice since 2024 and I have not had any negative experiences. As a result, I have referred 2 of my friends to this practice and they both were pleased with the care they received. Dr. Jeffrey’s Office Manager, Susan, has been diligent & intentional in working with me on the cost of my services and has always been available to answer any questions I have had. The prices of my dental care have been very fair & equitable. Britt the dental hygienist is the very best. She only works on Fridays so if you want the very best cleaning you’ve ever had, you better book early in advance!! She is thorough, gentle & informative on issues such as my dry mouth syndrome, identifying areas I need to concentrate on when flossing, etc. I used to dread going to the dentist but Pepper Tree Dental has given me a new positive perspective regarding my dental care. I am so pleased with my new smile 😀. Thank you all.

I must say Pepper Tree Dentist is Top Tier. With having problems with my Gum Disease I was never informed about " Deep Cleaning" to aid in the healing treatment. I scheduled the procedure and it was Amazing and Professionally done and with Care. The Staff from the Front Desk are all Awesome. They are very knowledgeable with each Insurance Providers and will work with you to Make It Happen. Pepper Tree is it for me!
