I wish I read the reviews before coming here because never have I ever had an annual cleaning and exam like this. This was my first time in the office and besides the the front desk, no one in that office greeted me. The person who cleaned my teeth, just walked in with no introduction or “hello” and immediately started tilting my head back to clean. I had to be the one to say hi first. The cleaning was so painful and so quick. When it came to brushing my teeth it took 30 sec and was no thorough compared to other cleanings I had. She also try to upsell me on antibacterial treatment because my gums were bleeding and that was $500 out of pocket and said I can use my credit card. Then the dentist came in looked at my xray and said my teeth are perfectly healthy without looking inside my mouth. While he was trying to leave, I said “my gums were just bleeding a lot. There’s nothing you can say abt tht?” He came to look at my gums for 2 sec and then just said “you have to floss better” the dentist was in there for less than 2 minutes, barely giving me an exam. Just two yrs ago I had cavities that never got filled and here I am with perfectly “healthy” teeth. I was highly disappointed in the lack of effort in that office. Although, Front desk was nice which was appreciated.

Everyone was really great. First appointment was easy, filled out the questionnaires and forms on my phone realquick , got x rays within 20 minutes of arriving, got an appointment next week to get work done. Got my questions/ concerns answered, the information I needed. Friendly and respectful staff/ doctor.

I had my first visit yesterday at Perfect Dental Care and I was truly impressed. The entire staff was very welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office manager was especially kind and helpful. I really appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained to me — from the tests they performed to the different options available for improving my smile and achieving a beautiful white smile. They took their time, gave me personal attention, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional dental care and outstanding customer service.

I came across this facility by chance. Since then, I've had two appointments and I'm very satisfied with the care. Facility is also very clean and has state of the art equipment. Staff is also friendly and professional. I'll be having future treatments and have become very satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I initially went in because a small filling on my front tooth had fallen out. However, the repair they did was utterly subpar. The tooth was built up in uneven chunks, not polished, and the color was completely off—it starkly contrasts with my natural teeth. Not only was the quality terrible, but they classified this as a cosmetic procedure, for which I paid an extra $350. To make matters worse, they never even told me about underlying cavities until I insisted at the second appointment. The lack of communication, care, and professionalism was just appalling. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My experience as always after multiple visits was excellent. The dentist is careful methodical and my new crown as well as twice gluing back inlays was perfect. She even took extra care to fix a partial denture. The staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

The clinic is clean and well organized, and everything runs on time with no unnecessary waiting. You can truly feel that they care about their patients.
