I’ve been coming here for four years and really appreciate the sweet and professional staff here. Dr. Gowda is such a pro and has always taken care of me and all my questions and concerns. Jalissa and Maggie at the front are so accommodating with appointment changes and squeezing me into the schedule for emergent issues. Can’t rec this place enough.

They will not inform you earlier if your treatment will be covered by insurance or not. It’s been several times that they will try to sell you some products and make you do some treatments out of your pocket. Also, even they told you some of the treatments are under coverage. They will still charge you after you finished the treatment, saying the insurance company now couldn’t cover this.

I absolutely love coming to this dental office. The staff are super friendly. From the moment I walk in the door, I am met with warm smiles and welcomes. I have a phobia of going to the dentist, but the staff here always go above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and feel safe. I usually see Dr. Le, and he's awesome and very knowledgeable! He is a dentist that really cares about his patients, and their well-being. The dental hygienists are so kind and do a wonderful job with the cleanings. Sometimes they will offer to put on Netflix for me to watch while undergoing cleanings. Everyone here puts my dental phobia and anxiety at ease. I highly recommend Perfect Smile Dental Care as they continuously go above and beyond to provide quality patient-centered dental care!

Diana is an excellent dental hygienist who performs cleanings with great care and attention. She clearly explains what she is doing, shares what she finds, and gives helpful advice on how to take better care of your teeth. Overall, this is a very nice dental office. One thing to keep in mind is that the initial onboarding may involve a number of fillings, which seems consistent with many larger dental practices. While some smaller offices may recommend monitoring certain cavities over time, this office leans toward treating everything upfront. It really comes down to a personal preference for treatment approach. All of the staff are friendly, and the office hours are very convenient. They are open late on weekdays and on Saturdays, which makes scheduling much easier and less stressful. My appointments have always started on time, without any unexpected extra waiting.

I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Pham, Shannon, Trisha, and Tracy for always taking care of me every time I visit. I am always greeted with a smile by Shannon and can't thank her enough for the proactive responses from calls to texts. Dr. Phạm helped curated my "perfect smile" with Invisalign and always listens to my concerns. You can really tell she is passionate and wants you to be the best version of yourself. Trisha is an amazing DA, she is gentle, funny, and always makes you feel great by the time you leave! I highly recommend Perfect Smile to anyone seeking a dentist practice that cares. I have been going here for over a decade! They have two locations, but the treatment is amazing at both places!

I’ve been going to Perfect Smile Dental Care for about 4 years now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience with the entire team. Dr. Toy has been my primary dentist and has always been thoughtful, professional, patient, and thorough in her care. She has an excellent bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients, which makes a huge difference. Diana, my hygienist, has also been wonderful — gentle, detail-oriented, and caring, always making visits feel comfortable. Shannon has been incredibly helpful with scheduling, treatment plans, and billing, making the overall process smooth and organized. Rowena has been great as my Invisalign coordinator, and Dr. Pham has been excellent in overseeing and treating me through my Invisalign process. Dr. Pham also has a great bedside manner and takes the time to make sure everything is clearly explained and well-managed. The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely patient-focused. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received over the years and would highly recommend Perfect Smile Dental Care.

I like this dentist so much. Everyone there has been so kind and friendly since day one. The dentist and treatment coordinators always take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel very comfortable throughout the process. They offer Zoom follow-up appointments, and they always reach out to me when there is new availability. If I have questions, they are always willing to provide estimates and explanations. They also have specialists for each treatment, like fillings and Invisalign. I’m still in the middle of my treatments, but I expect to see great results.

I recently moved to the area, and I am so happy I found this dentistry. The staff are very welcoming and the service and expertise provided by the staff were exceptional. I look forward to making repeat visits in the future.
