I’m extremely disappointed with this dental office. Every time I come in, it feels like they always find something wrong with my teeth that requires an additional charge. It never seems to be just a routine checkup and regular cleaning for maintenance—there is always another treatment, procedure, or expense being recommended. After experiencing this repeatedly, it has left me feeling like money is more important to this office than simply taking care of their patients. What really bothered me was when I once had to miss an appointment because there was a police closure near my property and I literally couldn’t get out to make it to the office. I explained the situation, which was completely outside of my control, and they still charged me a $150 cancellation fee. Yet today, I had an appointment and the office suddenly closed. So when they cancel or close unexpectedly and inconvenience their patients, do they give us $150? Of course not. I understand that businesses need cancellation policies and dentists need to recommend necessary treatment, but there should also be some fairness, understanding, and consistency. After my experiences here, I no longer feel comfortable with how this office handles patients or charges.

Place is great with the latest state of the art technology for your mouth!!

Money hungry dental office. The receptionist is fake nice and asks, “ how’s your day while typing when she really doesn’t care. They lie about what work needs to be done on your teeth to get as much money as they can out of you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Every time l arrive l always receive a good attention and service. I really appreciate it!!

I went for denture adjustment. I got an appointment they took X-ray and then I was told to go to the the dr who made my denture. The secretary knew what I’m there for and then I was told they can’t do it
