What a great team! The communication, the treatment, and follow up was premium. And most importantly, I never felt uncomfortable during my procedure. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would like to thank Perio Implant Chicago, Dr. Sheppard, and staff for giving me the best dental treatment I have ever experienced. I had an overgrowth that developed on my gum area. I was sad and worried. My daughter found Perio Implant Chicago and said the reviews were outstanding. All was proven when I seen my results. Dr. Sheppard removed the overgrowth with a laser and it looks like it never happened. I also must mention how well the staff made me feel right at home. The quality of any system is based on how well its parts function together. Well, they say nothing is perfect and I disagree. I’m perfectly happy I went to Perio Implant Chicago and I encourage you to put your trust in them as well. 5 Stars!

My dentist recommended me to Perio Implant Chicago to have a broken tooth removed which could not be saved. I was very nervous, but Dr. Kimberley Sheppard and her staff were outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Sheppard is patient, kind and very understanding. She explained everything before she started and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made sure that the whole experience was pain free. She also called to follow up to see how I was doing. Her staff was very efficient, as well, and remembered me the second time I came in. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sheppard for a more complicated periodontal procedure, and I’ve had a truly excellent experience. From the beginning, she took the time to walk me through all of my options and set very clear expectations, which made the entire process feel much more manageable. Her bedside manner is outstanding-she’s calm, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort. Appointments are always on time, which I really appreciate, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They create a very positive and professional environment from start to finish. One thing that really stood out to me is the follow-up care.They check in after procedures to make sure you’re doing well, which shows how much they care beyond just the appointment itself. As both a patient and someone who refers patients to this office for periodontal care, I feel very confident recommending Dr. Sheppard, Dr. Sabzehei and their team.
