Specialized dental care is often a difficult experience to get through, but Perio4U’s team does a great job. Really happy with dr gunstream and her staff. Everyone is really friendly and helpful.

Dr. Zarkesh and Perio4U is a very professional office. Their staff is very organized and great about contacting me for information. The office is very clean and bright. Dr. Zarkesh took pictures and showed me what the problems were with my gums and explained why they needed to be fixed. When she operated, she kept me informed of how things were going and how far along she was. She kept checking with me to make sure I didn't feel too much pain or discomfort. They provided a nice sheet detailing what I should and shouldn't do after the surgery until I had to return to get my sutures out. She and her staff were very thorough and I would highly recommend them.

I had my teeth cleaned last week and was surprised that my dentist referred me to a Periodontist for evaluation of loose lower teeth so was a little apprehensive. However, the staff was great and the Periodontist was excellent! I left feeling relieved and with a plan to protect my teeth, no surgery or drastic measures needed! Parking looks tight but there is a large parking lot in the back of the office building.

Dr. Zarkesh and her team were incredibly friendly and accommodating during my first visit. Dr. Zarkesh conducted a thorough evaluation and quickly developed a clear plan for moving forward. Very good experience with dr Z. She did skin graft and preventive bone additions. She is very welcoming and the rest of the staff were very caring.

I had my consultation with Dr.Zarkesh on May 22. Based on the CT scan and the images they already had, without even needing to take new ones, they gave an incredibly thorough and accurate evaluation. They also provided very clear guidance and helped me fully understand the path forward. This was especially noticeable because I had previously been referred to two other periodontists , and honestly, their evaluations were much weaker in comparison.

Dr. Zarkesh and her team are wonderful. I had two surgeries. Dr. Z was encouraging and gentle. I required no pain medication after the surgery despite getting about 16 stitches each time. Their office is clean and friendly. My experience was A+.

Dr Zarkesh is the first and only periodontist I’ve seen. She looks at the problem area from all angles when formulating a plan. Her work is very precise. My implants turned out very well. She worked well with my dentist. She kept me reassured during surgery. She has a good staff.

I'm not a big fan of visiting a dentist or periodontist, but the Perio4U team eased my fears completely. The staff and Dr. Zarkesh were very friendly and couldn't have been more professional and caring. Dr. Zarkesh even called me at the end of her day to check on me. I highly recommend this office if you must visit a periodontist in the San Jose area.
