I went to Periodontal Health Center (PHC) for a crown lengthening procedure with Dr. Medina, and I had such an amazing experience. I love that there are so many incredible women working at this office! From the very beginning, the staff was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. When I had my procedure with Dr. Medina, she was incredibly kind and gentle. I literally felt no pain! She continuously checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Afterward, her post-procedure instructions were very clear and easy to follow. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Medina personally took time out of her day to check on me later that same day to make sure I was doing well. She is genuinely so kind and caring. During my follow-up appointments, she continued to communicate with me and truly listened to any concerns I had. She even brought me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Most importantly, I absolutely LOVE my new smile! I am so happy with the results of my crown lengthening procedure, and I feel even more confident when I smile. I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Medina for the beautiful results and the care she provided throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my experience at PHC. The level of care, kindness, and attention I received was exceptional. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Medina and Periodontal Health Center to anyone who needs periodontal care!
Very Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional
Was scheduled to be seen by these folks and waited a half hour past the scheduled time of the appointment before leaving. Given I’m trusting these people with my health, if they can’t even get their scheduling right there’s no way I’m sitting in their chair. Do not recommend.
