Like many people worldwide, going to the dentist, let alone a Periodontist can be very stressful. I was one of those individuals. The experience was top-notch, from the front desk to the deep cleaning, tooth extraction, bone graft, and securing of the surgery site. Nazleen, my hygienist, was fabulous. Nazleen explained what the procedure would encompass and did an exceptional job. She calmed me, and the “laughing gas,” no, it doesn't cause you to laugh, but it did help relax me. My motto is, “As long as I don’t feel any crazy pain, do what you must do.” Nazleen’s motto ‘is “focus on your breathing lol.” If I can use her as my future hygienist, you better believe I will, and please, anyone reading this review. Nazleen is my hygienist, so back off in a non-possessive but selfish way. I need her schedule open for me. Dr.Weber was exceptional as well, explaining what he was doing. If you asked me how I was doing during the procedure, I would give him a thumbs up. He was so great at what he did. My tooth extraction went unnoticed, and the gas did help. As of today, July 13th, the swelling is down one day after the surgery, and there is no pain. The assistant who worked with Dr. Weber was exceptional as well. I know she told me her name, but between the gas and my questions, her name slipped my mind ( please forgive me ). I did not get the lady who helped me with my billing, but thank you very much. Dr. Weber is the best! Got my gum graft surgery here and he was a great doctor! Super helpful to answer all questions and overall great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Chicago for this.

Dr. Russo and team are fantastic. I came in needing an implant which they took care of sublimely. They made me feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. Dr. Russo checked on me during the whole process! They also were extremely kind and flexible regarding payments. I value and appreciate this team and all the work they do. Thank you guys!!

This was the fourth time I’d needed a graft on my receding gums. I was happy with my previous surgeon, but because he had moved, I was referred to Dr. Russo. It turned out that this procedure was the easiest one yet! Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation through the surgery itself, to the follow-up afterwards. I particularly appreciated the call from Dr. Russo to check how I was doing the day after the procedure. Two months later, I’m very happy with the results and delighted that a couple of old sensitive spots are now resolved. Many thanks to Dr. Russo and his staff!

I was referred to Periodontics by my regular dentist, because my gums had receded to a point they needed attention. I needed a minor gum surgery, and Dr. Russo and his staff were very clear about the procedure and helped me along as I did have concerns and questions. I found everyone at the office to be highly professional and when I had questions they helped me to understand how to resolve them easily. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the doctor and his team were very friendly, professional and helpful. Even though the surgery can be uncomfortable, Dr. Russo and his team helped to guide it to the end result, and now my gums are looking much healthier and better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Russo and his team to other potential patients.

I have been a patient of the practice for many years having first started with a wonderful periodontist who has since retired. Dr. Weber treats me now and I cannot recommend him more highly. I recently had an extraction and bone graft that was entirely painless. He communicated the process to me step by step before we began and then let me know what stage we were at as we went along. Following the procedure he called to be sure I was alright and encouraged me to contact him with any issues prior to my follow up visit. There haven't been any issues. Everything seems fine! Kudos to his dental assistant, too, for being both efficient and pleasant. Although I wish the office didn't require full payment at the time of service, waiting instead to see what insurance pays first, they do accept Care Credit which offers no interest for an extended period of time. This is a benefit many practices do not offer. The front desk staff were remarkably efficient, patient and kind. Both Lily and Robert helped me enormously with paperwork and prescriptions. And for all the years Lorie has done my in-office hygiene care, I offer my thanks and recommend her both for her skill and friendly nature. All patients, but particularly anxious ones, will find excellent care, patience, undivided attention, and an overall good experience with Dr. Weber and his team.
