An absolute lifesaver! I was dealing with a severe jaw cyst that was eating away at my bone and causing agonizing pain. It completely disrupted my sleep and my ability to work. After traveling all over the state looking for help, I kept running into dead ends because the out-of-pocket costs were completely unaffordable, even with insurance.Everything changed when I was referred to Dr. Lam and his team. They truly listened to my situation, and Dr. Lam was incredibly understanding. Instead of turning me away, his team immediately jumped into action to find a solution that was genuinely affordable for me. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.When it came time for my surgery, I was incredibly nervous, but Dr. Lam personally eased my anxiety and comforted me. It is also worth noting that his reputation at Banner is absolutely stellar—every single staff member there speaks so highly of him. We loved Dr. Lam and his staff. I took my daughter here for a consultation on an unusual growth which formed on her tongue. They removed it promptly and sent it for a biopsy. Luckily it was nothing to worry about. Dr. Lam was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the situation and our options. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The staff was very friendly and made my daughter very comfortable during her visit and procedure. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Lam extracted a large molar that had cracked. The procedure itself went very well, and my recovery has been excellent - very little pain or swelling. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Lam and his crew are an excellent team that made my 4 wisdom teeth removal journey as smooth and simple as possible. The doctor is very patient and knowledgeable, as he breaks down exactly what procedures you would go through in a manner that is easy to understand, which is very reassuring. The staff are very polite and helpful to make sure everything is done properly. I had barely any swelling, pain, or soreness even after the first few days. And even through i was nervous about getting surgery for the first time ever, the surgery was about as easy as a blood test, if anything, easier (pick general anesthesia to go to sleep, best option). So, for anyone else considering getting their wisdom teeth removed here, I ABSOLUTELY recommend it. ✌️✌️✌️✌️👍👍👍 (No glaze and not paid)

Amazing office! Everyone is so kind and Dr. Lam does an an excellent job with communication as well as his assistants and front desk. Very clean clinic! I had my lower wisdom teeth removed they were impacted and had high risk but Dr lam does PRF which has helped so much with healing, I’m not even a week of recovery yet and I have no pain and most of my swelling has gone down! I’m very satisfied and grateful I chose this clinic for my treatment thank you🤍

Incredible experience. From the moment you walk into the amazing facility, you feel taken care of. The staff is very kind and takes great care of you. Dr Lam is fantastic. I had a tooth that needed to be removed and he is excellent with his local anesthetic. Very detailed and skilled. I did not feel any pain from start to finish. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic work on my 10-year-old. We had a complicated case and everything went smoothly from office staff to hospital and Dr. Lam—the entire team was so supportive, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a team. As a bonus, Dr. Lam worked well with communication between the dentist and the orthodontist and hospital staff. It was such a blessing to find Phoenix Face!
