Phoenix Oral & Facial Surgery

I was told that Dr Kim was going to be delayed and my appointment was moved to later time that day. When I arrived I was only seen by a Technician who checked the healing of my incision. When I asked why I was not seeing the Dr I was told I was not scheduled to see him. So my question is why was my appointment moved to a later time?

Dr. Alexander Kim is a master of his job. This is my second surgery with Dr. Kim. The result of the surgery is phenomenal. No pain medication taken it all. Dr. Kim has a very good support team. My immense gratitude to Dr. Kim and his team! Alex

Caring and professional staff, I've had over half a dozen procedures done here and probably over twenty visits over the last three years. I never have to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room, and that's only because I come five minutes early. The doctor does a great job of collaborating with the rest of my treatment team, dentist, endodontist etc. the doc and the nurses explain what's going on every step of the way, even warning me when they're about to lower or raise the chair, which for me as a survivor is very important to feel safe. I wish more medical offices adopted the practices of Doctor Kim and his staff.

Dr.Kim is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only is he kind but his kindness and expertise shine through during my whole process with him. And all nurse were top tier in making me feel comfortable!

Dr Kim is so caring and compassionate. We are so thankful for all of his help! He has removed wisdom teeth for my two oldest kids and will definitely use him for my two younger kids when the time comes.

My first appointment was consultation regarding extraction of two front teeth. The staff was very proficient explaining the procedures and the Doctor took the time to answer my questions. I was impressed with their advanced equipment and the cleanliness.of the fscility. My visit after the extractions was to check the healing and Place the partial denture. I had no questions a d the staff was just as nice as before and I would recommend this practice to anyone.
