Dr. Williams and Lali were amazing!!!! Came in with a severe toothache and they extracted my tooth and it was sooo great!!! I felt so comfortable and they spoke to me through the whole process. Made me feel sooo great!!! Definitely will remain a patient. Front staff were welcoming and helpful. The office manager Felicia was just great helping with payment plan options to fit me

Piedmont Dentistry was absolutely awesome! The staff and service was impeccable. I am so thankful to have chosen this group to address my family's dental needs. I would recommend patients to give them a try if they are looking for a professional and courteous environment.

From the first call to the office inquiring about the Dr. and if she could handle anxious patience, this office made every effort to make me comfortable. The Dr. herself , got on the phone to assure me that she and her staff will do their best to make me comfortable and feel safe . Today I walked in for my first appointment and there was nothing but smiles, friendliness and a warm atmosphere ensuring that I would feel comfortable. I’m telling you , I have never seen anything like this in the medical field . I was not just a number or a 💵 but a human being with real fears to which they took seriously. Needless to say after not going to the dentist for over 20 years , I have some work to be done and at this point I am positive that this staff and Dr will care for me better than any other !

Piedmont Dentistry was a marvelous find. Hands down, they are the best at what they do, and from the receptionist to Dr. Williams, the staff is remarkable. The moment I met them, I knew I had come to the right place. The bedside manner, the treatment, and the financial business are all outstanding. You will not find a more caring and capable practice. They're more than diamonds in the rough, they're stars—five stars!

I started working in Charlotte recently, and broke a tooth. The office was able to get me an appointment quickly. Everyone there was super nice and friendly. Cynthia and Dr. Williams explained the plan for my broken tooth and were able to fix it same day. They were very clear with the expected costs, as well. I have already setup my follow-up and made it a new patient appointment as well. Thank you all!!

We are incredibly thankful to this dental team for their kindness, compassion, and quick response during a dental emergency. They worked us in right away after my son was in an accident that chipped two teeth, and their calm, reassuring care made such a difference—especially since he was very nervous and anxious. I am deeply grateful they allowed me to be present during his treatment so I could make sure he was okay, as it was my first time seeing him since the accident. That meant more to me than I can express. Thank you for treating us with such patience, professionalism, and genuine care. You truly served and blessed our family, and we will never forget it.
