They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone is so friendly, patient, and helpful, which makes every visit a great experience. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It’s rare to find such a wonderful team — I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been to. They work with you with payment plans and tell you what you really need done and were able to give my teeth a 100 percent turn around. I hadn’t had insurance and wasn’t able to get into the dentist for years and when I had gotten in I realized I needed a lot of work. I did price checks at multiple dentist offices in Phoenix area and Pima dental offered the best prices and were able to get me in right away. After a much needed deep cleaning and necessary fillings and crowns my teeth have never felt better. I will recommend them over and over again! I’m attaching amazing before and after pics for reference.

I also really appreciate how clear they are about pricing and treatment costs before any service is done, which helps me feel comfortable and informed. The staff and doctors are great here. I bring my whole family here. Claudia in particular is great at what she does. Always personable, she explains everything that she is doing step by step and always makes sure that I satisfied with my dental service. Really great practice!
Incredible experience. I had shopped around for dentists that were reputable but also offered fair pricing, and I definitely found it here at Pima! Dr. Craig was so quick to respond to my outreach. Jessica at the front desk was so kind and got me in quickly. I had a great experience at the office with Erika the dental assistant and Dr. Craig. and mind you i was in for a ROOT CANAL & CROWN (no fun!) haha but they made it a great experience. I will definitely come back here in the future and refer other friends and family here as well. Thank you all at Pima Dental for making my appointment run as smoothe as possible and always leading with kindness - you are great!
I've been a patient @ Pima since 2010. The whole staff is very welcoming. Over the last few years health issues at times was a concern. Today had a check up with Tressa. She was very patient and understanding with my check up. Made me feel very comfortable , relaxed and made my anxiety not an issue.5 stars not even close enough!!! Thank you, Tressa.
I’ve been going here about 10yrs , I have always had an amazing experience!! I’m a nervous patient with anxiety and they have always treated me with so much compassion , patients ce, empathy and respect. I always look forward to seeing Mandy at the front desk , so friendly and professional. Today I recieved a cleaning with Tatum and she was so very gentle and meticulous with cleaning my teeth. Also so friendly asking me questions about me and always checking if I’m ok. I still miss Dr. Schwartz , however the brothers who took his place have taken amazing care of me and my 2 teens. Thank you Pima Dental, you’re amazing and I can’t imagine going to a better dental practice!!
