The best experience each and every time, whether it’s just a regular check up and cleaning or smth a bit more specific. Dr Nguyen is the best and all her staff are on par. They will make you comfortable and taken care of from the moment you enter all the way to the end of the appointment. When needed, referrals are made to the top notch specialists as well. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a new dentist for a while. I wanted a dentist that was sensitive to my needle phobia and so after reading the reviews I felt like Dr. Nguyen could fit the bill but just as you might be reading this review, I couldn't be confident until I tried her. I am soooooo happy that I found her and super sad that I didn't come to her sooner. She's the absolute best dentist I've ever been to. I've never had a dentist take the time to let one shot to kick in before giving me another one. She was soooo careful to make sure that I was comfortable and took all the time that I needed. I can tell you I have NOOOO reservations about going to her for anything. My husband and my niece now go to her. She replaced a very old crown of mine and was the first dentist who didn't push replacing it with dental implants which costs three times as much. The fact that I live super close is the cherry on top. If you are looking for a caring and excellent dentist who isn't pushing you to do procedures just to do them then Dr. Nguyen is your perfect option.

I’ve been going to Pinnacle Dental for around 10 years and have received nothing but the best care. Despite many moves to different cities, and even a different country at one point, I continue to see Dr. Nguyen because of the level of care I receive at Pinnacle. I have a history of periodontal issues and dental anxieties as a result, and Pinnacle has been great at staying up to date on my care and treatment with specialists. Giselle at the front desk is world class in customer service and patient coordination. She is the heart of Pinnacle and ensures things move smoothly and that there are no surprises with insurance. Lilly is a relatively new addition to the hygienist team and she is such a delight. She’s also incredibly thorough and gentle during cleanings. No one loves going to the dentist, but the amazing Pinnacle team makes the experience so much better. If only I could give more stars!

Dr Nguyen is the best! Gentle and caring. Takes time to explain things. Gives options when appropriate. She has all the latest high tech equipment and updates when new things come out. I just experienced getting a crown using the tooth scan technology vs the prior mold method. It fit almost perfectly and didn’t need all the adjustments that my previous molded ones needed. All of her staff and hygienists have been top notch as well. Highly recommend her!

Update to 2024, I am still a patient of Dr. Nguyen and drive all the way from Spring to see her. I just love Dr. Nguyen and she always has the best staff. Ashley did my cleaning and she was fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly, was detail oriented, and super kind. She eased my nerves! I have been a patient at Pinnacle Dental for close to 10 years. They are the friendliest staff from the front desk, to the hygienist, and Dr. Nguyen is amazing. Everyone makes you feel comfortable, is personable and treats you like family. They are also very detail oriented and provide guidance and plans for the best dental health. I drive 45 minutes from Spring to come here and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and team!
