Really bad experience trying to get my chipped tooth worked on ,on an emergency basis. But no the woman DMD here might have a thing against hispanics cause there was absolutely no reason she couldve done something about my pain but no literally told on the dentist chair "maybe you should try seeing other dentist offfices" I was like so you're kickking me out? I have never felt so freakin unwelcome at a dental office. Very unprofessional DMD. She should not be a dentist if she hates her patients.

The staff was very friendly and Doctor was friendly was an expert in taking off the tooth very excellent job. Was happy and excited cause Doctor took three unnecessary teeth. Thank you, Staff and Doctor. I'll be back again for another procedure.

Absolutely horrible service at the Lee Trevino location. Some lady by the name of Veronica is very rude! She talks down to you and interrupts you! She wanted me to have a cleaning and got mad because I said no. I switched dentist the very same day! Pinova and the entire staff need to learn some manners on how to treat people!! Don't waste your time or money there!!!
This place is the most professional, and friendly ever. Best place in elpaso and most likely in Texas.
