So far had only positive experience 💎 the dentistry is rather small and located inside the West India Quay center on 1st floor, has super friendly dentists and receptionists. I had dental hygiene appointment with Dr. Beata and dental fillings with Dr. Cristina - both very careful, precise and supportive. Took extra time to explain the procedure and ensure everything is fine afterwards. Also would emphasize the super clean area and new equipment taken out right in front of you from sealed bags, so made be feel really safe. For new customers you indeed have to pay full amount of the treatment, but I cancelled it without any issues as mentioned 24h in advance when needed to change a timeslot. For existing customers you only pay 50 GBP deposits. Online booking was fine, though might experience couple of glitches at first. Also Bupa did accept my receipts in case you have dental coverage with them.
