I had a tooth about to break and I called so many dentists including my own and had no luck. I called them and they got me in that day. The dentist was very nice and knowledgeable. I have had some pretty bad experiences and I am very reluctant to go to the dentist but I will definitely continue to go here!

Today was my first visit as a new patient. I could have not wished for a better experience. We laid out a new plan and discussed what my goals were for better dental health and cost estimates. I hate Dentist but I must admit that I'm looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Kristy Knipp explained everything very clearly.

Very prompt, professional and compassionate team. The staff works beautifully together to make sure your concerns are fully prioritized. I've been slacking on upkeep of my bi-annual dental care for too long. Doctor Hall & associates mapped out a comprehensive plan to get me back on track, with 0 judgment. They have given me space, time and suggestions to consider the best choices available without pressure. I feel very fortunate to have their care on the journey moving forward. I most definitely recommend Platinum Family Dental to anyone looking for help with their dental health. Update 6/29/2026 Met Dr. McCall for the first time today. We had a wonderfully quick & successful wisdom tooth extraction. He made the experience as pleasant as possible. Another 5 star visit today. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. Dentist and All Staff was very knowledgeable, educational, and EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I fell asleep during routine cleaning which has never happened as a first time patient anywhere for me. You know you feel at ease and welcomed if you fall asleep during DENTAL service 🥶. It has been a while since I’ve been to a dentist and everyone at Platinum made me feel welcome and were very non-judgmental. They were very thorough in explaining the process and need of the exams, following up with what the next steps should be. I recommend anyone that is hesitant to go see a dentist should start here.
