This is the best dental clinic I’ve been to in Dubai. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the clinic itself is beautiful. Dr. Sam has exceptional attention to detail, takes the time to explain everything you need to know, and makes you feel completely at ease. His team are were experts, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Platinum Medical Center. I invested significant time and money in your laser hair removal treatments, but instead of seeing improvement, I have noticed that the hair is growing back faster and appears thicker than before. What concerns me most is the lack of explanation and guidance from the staff regarding these results. My concerns were not properly addressed, and I was not given a clear understanding of why this is happening or what solutions are available. As a customer, I expected professional service, transparency, and effective treatment. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and has left me feeling that my money has been wasted.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I literally booked an appointment a week ago for a facial. I recieve a call one day prior to my appointment asking if I can reschedule my booking. The lady literally hung up on my face. I don’t understand why they take many bookings if they cannot accomodate them. Terrible I don’t recommend this place at all .the lady’s name is Ann and is absolutely terrible at her job

I honestly cannot recommend Clinics Ramita enough! From fillers to Botox to facials, every single treatment I’ve done with them has been absolutely amazing. Went in for my Scars treatment today to Dr Salka, I have been doing my treatments with her for more than an year now and I trust her so much with my skin. Honestly she never disappoints The clinic is amazing too. Loved the Nurse May we laughed a lot during the treatment and its such a good experience Receptionist Karima is very good and Asqual is very nice too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Valentine’s Day was spent bonding with my wife. We had RF done for our faces. Our amazing aesthetician, Doc. Salka, always handles the experience exceptionally well. The clinic is incredibly pleasant to stay at, especially considering the reasonable pricing for all the procedures. The customer service provided by Nurse Mae and Karima is top-notch. Platinum Medical Clinic has become our go-to dermacenter.

Honestly, the staff here are amazing—so polite, kind, and welcoming! Karima, in particular, is wonderful; I love the way she greets you and speaks—it makes the whole experience so comfortable. I had a Dermapen treatment with exosomes, and also worked with Mirna, who is incredibly professional. She’s truly the best at what she does and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this clinic!
