I can’t say enough great stuff about this practice! From my first conversation with Kayla and my appointment with Dr that was great, end result was an extraction, but it was painless and no discomfort. My grandson who is Air Force Reserve Firefighters needed to get a check up before he could go to help so I gave him their info, and they got him in immediately and I believe at a affordable charge. This proved to me that PNW has the dedication and commitment to community that every business should have. In addition to providing the best service possible! 10 stars for sure!
My husband SO APPRECIATED Dr Pavlovich was able to give him an appointment the same day he requested it, after having a crown fall out the night before. As usual, this CARING dentist was very friendly and efficient and did a perfect job meeting my husbands's need!
I went to see Dr. Pavlovich for a second opinion. Unfortunately, I’m not new to dental issues and have had plenty of experience with various dentists, endodontists & oral surgeons. Matthew was hands down one of the best! I felt like he genuinely cared and gave me the best treatment options (and not just one) available to solve my issues; he also provided immediate care to tide me over until I could think things through. The modern dentistry was also incredible (given that I’m a retired surgical nurse)! Last but not least, the staff were some of the most kind and professional staff that I’ve ever come across in my 60 years! I would absolutely recommend PNW Dental to friends & family members!
Was greeted politely by staff and briefly waited until taken to exam room. Dr. Pavlovich fixed my filling effortlessly and the procedure took about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
1000 Stars! ⭐️ After calling nearly every emergency dentist in Bend on a Sunday with no luck, I contacted PNW Dental first thing Monday morning. To my surprise, Dr. Matt personally answered the phone. After I explained my dental emergency and my financial situation, he immediately said, "Yes, we can help you." He went out of his way to work around my schedule and got me in for a same-day appointment. Dr. Matt and his entire staff were kind, compassionate and professional. They made a very stressful and painful situation so much easier. I truly felt like they cared about helping me. I have been coming to PNW Dental for years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Every visit is a great, welcoming experience from start to finish. I truly appreciate the high level of skill and the wonderful atmosphere Dr. Pavlovich and his entire team have created. The clinical assistants and hygienists are absolutely great and play such a huge role in making every appointment comfortable. Very pleasant atmosphere. I get very anxious going to the dentist but the moment I walked in the front staff were extremely friendly and I was put at ease. Dr. Pavlovich is super knowledgeable and kind. Prices are spot on so that is always a good thing too🙂 Highly recommend
