From the moment my husband and I walked in, we felt the love, the care, and the “we got you” energy. And listen… going to the dentist is not always a walk in the park situation, but they made it one! They didn’t rush me, didn’t confuse me, didn’t leave me guessing. They walked me through EVERYTHING—what to expect, how I might feel, what to do when I got home. And the part that got me? My experience at Point Hope Dental Care was exceptional from the minute I arrived. Melanie, my hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was very personable, and obviously takes pride in her craft. Dr. Ruiz, has a great bedside manner, is compassionate, caring, and very knowledgeable. He took time to address my concerns and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice.
Best hygienist ever have had (Ms Patricia). Top of the line dental equipment to make concise dental health plan. Compassionate dentist who I felt was not trying to do anything unnecessary.
