Best dentist in Bend. I have been to 3 dentists in Bend - all for cleanings and a specific cosmetic issue. Dr. De Graff was the only dentist to actually deliver what he promised! I couldn't be happier with my results. The staff was kind, relaxed and I will now switch our family to Ponderosa Dental.

I started having tooth problems, and by tooth problems I mean real pain, the kind that makes you start negotiating with God and regretting every life choice that kept you away from the dentist for a couple years. Yes, I know, bad on me. I called Dr. Ben DeGraff’s office at 8:00 in the morning, and the very kind person on the phone somehow had me in front of Dr. DeGraff before 11:00. By 1:00, my tooth was fixed, I was back to normal, and I had officially stopped being a dramatic dental emergency. Dr. DeGraff was great, fast, efficient, friendly, and very good at what he does. The whole experience from the phone call to walking out pain free was excellent. His office staff is amazing, the price was great, and I already have a teeth cleaning appointment set for next month like a responsible adult trying to make better choices. I would highly recommend Dr. DeGraff and his team. They took a very painful situation and made it easy, comfortable, and honestly kind of impressive. Thank you!
I was in need of a new dentist but hadn’t yet made a switch when I had a dental emergency. Ponderosa Dentistry was highly recommended by a friend. I wasn’t even a patient yet and they helped get me into an endodontist for a root canal. Then I went to them for my crown and was incredibly impressed by the knowledge and skill of Dr Ben Graff. They have top of the line technology and my crown was made in their office and put on in the same day. It’s one thing to go to a dentist for maintenance but when you have an issue it’s apparent when someone really has mastery of their craft. Dr Bend Graff is an excellent dentist and his staff is incredible. Can’t recommend this practice more highly.

Always such a pleasant experience when I see Ponderosa Family Dental for my regular cleaning. The staff is always so welcoming, and they treat you like you're family.
