At no point have we felt pressured into treatment or “sold” services. Instead, they take the time to discuss all options, including the pros and cons of timing and treatment recommendations. I especially value how much consideration they give to factors like a child’s development, severity of need, windows of opportunity for treatment, and realistic ability for patient compliance. They truly look at the whole picture and the overall well-being of the child when discussing treatment planning. I also appreciate that they encourage ongoing evaluations over time to monitor development and determine the best timing to move forward if treatment becomes necessary. It’s clear that Dr. Crowe and her team genuinely care about providing the right care at the right time.

Always friendly and super nice, which is great when you have kids that may be a little scared about getting braces.

Dr Crowe and Dr Burgin are kind and considerate. They are good orthodontists who want the best for their patients. They clearly explain the treatment needed and the reason behind it. The office is easy to get in touch with (love that I can text them!) and responsive. We have been patients for over 5 years and appreciate all the staff that take care of our family.
