I had my first appointment with Dr.Marshall, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. She was professional, kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She recognized I needed to see an endodontist and arranged an appointment for the next day. She also took the initiative to send a referral to a general dentist so I could establish care. That level of coordination and genuine concern made me feel like more than just another patient. Out of the blue, I received information from a periodontist, that my front tooth would have to be removed. My front tooth! Right away, I decided to get a second opinion and looked for the best periodontists in Denver. Poulos, Somers & Marshall were highly recommended and I made an appointment. Boy, was I ever lucky to land there! I met with Dr. Nick Poulos, who listened carefully, did a full exam and provided me with options. From the get go, both he and his staff were so very kind and informative. He said there was a 50-50 chance of saving the tooth. The first periodontist gave me no options and was willing to pull the tooth the same day. I was glad for the chance to save the tooth and was very confident in Dr. Nick’s ability to do his best for me. Truthfully, I thought the second opinion exam was going to be very expensive. It was really affordable. Dr. Nick performed the oral surgery using lasers and stem cells. It was seamless. Now, a month and a half later I am feeling very blessed with the treatment I received there. The hope is that the stem cells will aid in growth of new bone. Not only did I receive wonderful care, but I received information that will help me to maintain the best gum care I’ve ever had and to continue this throughout my lifetime. I can’t say enough about Dr. Poulos and his staff. They are extremely skilled and do not take their skills lightly. I am so very grateful for having received this level of treatment— at a very reasonable cost. They are the very best!

I was very pleased with every interaction I had with Dr. Somers and her assistant, Katrina. From the start, it was clear that this is a well-run, efficient practice. Most importantly, the care I received from Dr. Somers was both highly professional and genuinely caring. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and up to date on surgical options, which gave me great confidence in her recommendations. Dr. Somers’ surgery went smoothly, and I am healing well. The office is centrally located, with convenient free parking, and they were able to see me quickly when needed. I felt treated as an individual, respected, and well cared for. I would feel very confident recommending Dr. Somers and her team.
