Let me tell you about Dr. St. Mary. After the miracle he pulled off today, they really should consider changing his name to Dr. St. Miracle instead. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was friendly, laid back, and fantastic to deal with. Everyone made the experience about as enjoyable as a root canal can possibly be—which, as you can imagine, sets the bar somewhere around “surviving a bear attack with minimal injuries.” Then there was Dr. Miracle himself. The man talks like he’s competing in the Indianapolis 500 of conversations. I found myself trying to catch my breath for him. Being hard of hearing, I usually rely on reading lips to help fill in the blanks, but with his mask on I was basically playing a game of medical charades. At some point I simply decided, “You know what? This man clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ll just nod and trust the process.” And what a process it was. I’ve officially concluded that a root canal is just a home renovation project for your mouth. There was drilling, there were strange noises, there were tools appearing from places I didn’t know dental offices had storage for, and at one point I was fairly certain he was about to strike oil. Watching Dr. St. Miracle work was like watching the pit crew at the Daytona 500. His hands were flying around with pipe cleaners, drills, files, suction tubes, and enough equipment to make me wonder if I accidentally wandered into a construction site instead of a dental office. Honestly, it felt less like a root canal and more like I had hired Roto-Rooter for my tooth. 😂 The impressive part? It was painless, efficient, and before I knew it he was done and moving on to save the next poor soul sitting in the waiting room. The best part of all? The VA was paying for it… or at least I sincerely hope they were, because if not, I may need another root canal after seeing the bill. All jokes aside, great people, great care, and an excellent experience. I’d absolutely recommend Dr. St. Mary and his team to anyone needing dental work—and if he ever decides to switch careers, the oil industry may want to keep an eye on him.

This is the 3rd root canal that Precision has completed for me. I would never go anywhere else. Dr's McCann and St.Marie do a wonderful painless job, while being gentle during the entire procedure. These guys are the best of the best at what they do and I highly recommend to everyone. I was nervous to get a root canal for the first time and they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. Also the procedure was not bad at all and done quickly. I was very impressed and cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Aaron McCann provided an excellent experience from start to finish. My mother-in-law had a procedure done that required stitches, and she has been raving about him ever since. He was patient, honest, communicative, and had an outstanding bedside manner. Her stitches healed very nicely, and we really appreciated his follow-up and flexibility with aftercare. He even allowed her to return to her regular dentist to have the stitches removed rather than making her wait longer to come back to his office. She also found his pricing very reasonable, especially without dental insurance, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful as well. We would highly recommend Dr. McCann.
