Dr Roca and her staff were amazing - especially CJ. From the second I walked into the office for my consultation I felt welcomed by CJ’s bubbly personality. Dr Roca explained thoroughly all that needed to be done regarding my reason for visit…Tammy also was amazing helping me schedule and switch my appt last minute! Great staff and office who really cares about their patients, 10/10 for great communication!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mendro, and his entire support staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The office is clean, well organized, and welcoming. The setting always had a calming effect and always put my nerves at ease. Dr. Mendro always took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, and was honest about the percentage of success was and advised other options should the implant not take due to condition of my gum. He was straightforward that if the bone graft didn’t improve to a number % of potential success that he liked, he wouldn’t do it. He patiently answered my questions, and his expertise and attention to details left me comfortable enough to move forward with the treatment plan. His support staff deserves just as much praise. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone looking for an exceptional periodontal care. And a special THANKS to CJ the assistant (AGAIN every person I came in contact with was top notch) his smile lights up the exam room and his kindness has a way of calming the anxiety that so often comes with sitting in a dentist chair

Highly recommend! When it comes to your teeth, it's not usually a pleasant experience, but Dr Roca Mendro is the epitome of competent and caring! During my dental surgery here she was kind, professional, caring and encouraging throughout the whole complex process. It was two hours in the chair, but with her support, I was able to get through it. She gave me a full list of expectations and post operative care guidelines. My healing was perfect under her care and guidance. So happy I found this practice! I had to come in between my layer appointment and met her husband and practice owner, Dr Ryan Mendro and he was just as warm and wonderful as she was. I plan to use this practice forever. I'm not easily impressed but this place blew me away!

First appointment went very well. The office staff was genuinely friendly. They explained everything clearly. Dental assistant continuously made sure I was ok/comfortable throughout the multiple X-rays. Dr. R. Mendro was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my concerns/anxieties. The facility is new and beautiful. I left feeling confident about my treatment plan moving forward. Dental work is never fun, but it’s better with a great experience by the entire staff! Thank you!

I am very happy and pleased that my dentist referred me to this office. I have truly enjoyed being a patient and receiving treatment from Dr. Mendro. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain my dental needs and what treatment options are best for me. The dental assistant, Kimberly, was very helpful and made my time with her pleasant. It is clear that she and the doctor work very well together as a team. I am also grateful to the front office staff, Kim and Abby, who worked with me to help maximize my insurance benefits so I could receive my gum treatments. Overall, I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a specialist in bone and gum care.

Could not have been happier with the service and staff at Precision Periodontics ! Dr.Mendero was extremely thorough and me feel very confident about restoring my health. Kimmy was very knowledgeable in regards to my insurance and was able to answer all of my financial questions. It is reassuring knowing that I have such an awesome team taking care of me.
