Dr. Thakkar was amazing and very gentle in doing the procedure. He is also very kind and makes sure to educate,without invalidation, his patients on the steps to prevent future cavities. The hygienist, Irene, is also very gentle and thorough. The DAs are very welcoming and gentle with taking x-rays. Overall, the entire staff of PDC is very welcoming and kind ensuring that you get the best service they can deliver.

She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire process. Irene took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Gael was professional, efficient, and made the entire process quick and comfortable. He clearly explained what he was doing and made sure I was at ease throughout. X-rays can sometimes feel awkward, but Gael handled everything with care and precision, minimizing any discomfort. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. Preferred Dental has great customer service! I’m always greeted with a smile everytime I come. I specifically come for Dr. Alex, the orthodontist. If you’re looking for one she’s great! She’s very detailed and knowledgeable about her work and just has a great aura all together!

This was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had at the dentist office. Everyone was pleasant and nice. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I felt like all my questions and concerns were addressed. And I was thoroughly impressed by my cleaning results with my hygienist Camellia. She was kind patient and made the process very easy.
