Terrific location and fantastic staff, everyone has such a wonderful attitude and seems very knowledgeable. Gentle care as well, hardly felt anything at all during my cleaning.

My wife & I have been patients here for 30 & 40 yrs respectively. While the dentists have always been very good, the office personnel is another matter entirely. The turnover rate the past few years has been almost 100% every time we go in. The length of time it takes to get a routine cleaning from start to finish has also increased to one to one and a half hours. There are continual billing issues and errors - which is always blamed on the insurance company. No one ever returns calls and different information is given to the customer depending on who you speak to. They also claim that my wife and I cannot have separate billing accounts. Now, they are charging a three percent surcharge for using a credit card which is not listed as a separate line item on the invoice (which is required). I wasn't even given the option to pay by check or debit card. And, I did not see any posting of these charges at the time of payment. Beware and use this business at your own risk

Everyone here takes great care of my elderly mother. Never rush her. The staff take really good care of her. I also go here, doctor found something going on that no other doctor could find. I can't thank him enough. After 2 years of pain, I am no longer expecting pain. Thank you again for everything.

I am pleased to report that Premier Dental Care has brought in a new office manager, Amanda, who clearly has what it takes to provide responsive client care. The dentists at this office are first rate: highly competent and caring. I trust them completely. As soon as the duplicative, erroneous billing issue is sorted out, I'm looking forward to giving this office my 5-star review.

I can’t say enough for Dr. Nielson and Dr. Jessen. Unfortunately, I needed to get an implant. Throughout the entire process, both Dr. Nielson and Dr. Jessen provided the most cordial, informative, and professional services one could request. Their technology and instruments exceed anything I have previously encountered. Lonnie, Grace, and the entire office staff were exceptionally caring and considerate. I highly recommend Premier Dental Care to everyone.

Everyone is super nice and friendly. I cant remember everyones name but lonnie and kate helped today with my crown. Truthfully everyone is really good and always so kind. I had a crown done today and it was a good experience as well. Doctors are cool and amazing also. Staff at The desk always helpful and kind.

I waited to write this review because the whole process took a long time, but unfortunately I don’t recommend this place. The staff was friendly, but the pricing felt very misleading. I was initially quoted one price, but once the procedure started, they came in and told me there was an additional $150 doctor fee that insurance wouldn’t cover. That should have been communicated upfront. After the root canal, things got even more frustrating. They tried to charge me over $800 for a single tooth, even though my insurance had already paid their portion and I had paid mine. The amount they were asking for didn’t match the agreed-upon insurance pricing at all. In the end, I paid around $300 but it took pushing back to get there. Overall, while they were nice, the experience felt deceptive and stressful because of the constant price changes. I’m glad I decided not to get my crown done here.

When my daughter needed some serious dental work done we had been referred to multiple dentist, but some were crazy expensive and a couple made my 15 year old daughter cry with how aggressive they were. Dr. Nielson Was Heaven sent!! He talked to my daughter like she was a person instead of just talking to me. He was so kind, so understanding, and he did everything he could to work things out with us. He helped us make a whole plan going forward on how to attack her dental issue that would be best for her health while also making sure it wouldn’t hurt us financially. Dr. Nielson is generally such an amazing person that even my husband and I changed from our dental place to premier dental so we could work with him. Honestly, the entire staff is absolutely amazing. If I go in for one of my check ups, they asked me how my daughter is doing, as they have witnessed her grow up over these last couple years. They truly make you feel like family here. I recommend them to everyone.
