Both hygiegenst and Dentist did a thorough and excellent job. They explained what they were doing in clear layman terms. Dentist carefully reviewed xrays in detail,with options when remediation was needed.

I've been going to them for over 25 years,it's a long drive but the dentists , hygienists and receptionist staff are friendly and very good at what they do, A good 85% of the time I have seen Dr.Glazman and her assistant and they are great team

The staff was very professional and helpful. The hygienist was new to me and was very skilled and thorough. I appreciate their care and curtesy.

6 month cleaning was excellent. Hygienist did a very good job. Office staff, hygienist and dentist super helpful providing RX sensitivity toothpaste and calling in the script to CVS for future utilization and pickup of same.

Never in my life have I ever had to fully register in order to keep my initial appointment for any doctor that I’ve been to. I usually arrive about 15 to 20 minutes early for my first appointment and finish whatever I need to finish. This place called me twice this week to tell me that it because I did not finish my registration. My appointment may be canceled. I called and spoke to another associate who said that that information is not correct and that people should not be saying that nor doing that. I’m not sure what part of the registration they need because they have my insurance information which is the main thing. I’m not sure if this place asks for a Social Security number, but I remember somewhere on the form and I said to myself now I’m not giving out my social to anybody. I know there were other things that need to be filled in, but I just figured I’d do it on Monday when I came. I received a message today saying that the appointment was canceled. Not for any wrongdoing Just some missing information on the registration form. My Husband and I are due to the area. We are looking for a new dentist. I start a certification program in two weeks. This is a major inconvenience. I’m good I’m moving on. No thank you

The dental work itself is excellent — the staff is friendly, professional, and the results have always been great. Unfortunately, the pricing has been frustrating. The final bill almost always ends up being much higher than the original quote, with little explanation beforehand. If they were more transparent and consistent with costs, this office would be much easier to recommend.

If you require regular cleanings, they're fine. It's a very transactional place. I've been their patient for 4 years. I came with a bad periodontal case after three pregnancies. 4 years later I'm losing a tooth - it's not their fault - but the dentist doesn't even know or remember me. I now know it was probably an injury. I also have a cavity nobody has mentioned at all. They just made mild recommendations like "you should go to a periodontist, but up to you". Also, if the dentist isn't around and you have a question they make you schedule another visit for additional cost and they are always upselling me 100 dollars in products. I went to a new dentist in Avon and the difference was huge. This person took his time, explained to me everything in 45 minutes. The dentist (male) I don't even know his name, was agreeable, but I never felt like they were looking at my case even when I go 4 times a year for cleanings. My husband has a fine experience, I just recommend you if you have a harder case, go elsewhere.

Literally the worst experience ever here. Got work done and I couldn’t eat from one side of my mouth since. They kept pushing appointments later and later doing one part or portion, instead of just doing the job to continue collection on my insurance. Then, I had a filling come out and when I tried to schedule they literally wanted me to wait 3 weeks almost to see them, when they did the filling, which obviously failed. Don’t ever come here. They do not know what they are doing. Go anywhere else but here and save yourself of the trouble and waste of time. The lady at the desk was non caring to the issue when I even called her and did absolutely nothing for me even though I am a patient of theirs!!!! Insane. 0 stars if I could.

Sheila cleaned my teeth and she was amazing. Best teeth cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I have sensitivity and my last dentist literally made my teeth hurt when I would get my teeth cleaned, but Sheila got it done and my teeth felt great after and she was very cognizant of the sensitive sections around my teeth. The office and the doctor were also very helpful and they made the process seamless!
