I had questions about my receding gums. I’m in my mid 60s and so receding gums are a thing for me. Dr Brand listened carefully to my ‘story’ and worries and questions Then, she and her excellent Assistant did a thorough check of my current gum line and gum line from a few years ago. Dr Brand allayed my fears that they were receding really quickly. She told me why gums recede and gave me clear instruction as to how to take better care of them. The office staff are also really lovely, attentive and efficient. Yay! Happy mouth!

Beautiful smiles welcomed me as a new patient. Beautiful views from every window and no sales pitches for other products during the visit made me very happy. Dr. Brand was extremely pleasant to meet for the first time.

Initially, I was dissatisfied with the aesthetic/functional results, but after returning for adjustments, I am very pleased with the final outcome. The initial work resulted in some unexpected tooth sensitivity and discomfort. However, the follow-up adjustments were successful, and I am now happy with the results. I had a bit of a bumpy start with the sensitivity, but the team sorted it out, and I'm loving the results. the post-operative period was challenging due to sensitivity, but I appreciate your team taking the time to fine-tune the bite/adjustment, which has led to a great outcome. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Very welcoming office. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The medical assistant made sure I was comfortable- getting a pillow for my knees. Dr. Bland explains what needs to be done and why. She gives you the cost for procedure. She is friendly and kind.

Dr. Brand and the whole team at Premier Dentistry are just exceptional. I never write reviews but this team truly goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Brand is an incredible dentist- knowledgeable, efficient and empathetic about any anxiety you might be having. Can’t really recommend this team enough!

If you have severe dental anxiety, this is a great place to consider. I avoided going to the dentist for years, resulting in me needing some dental work. I found Dr. Brand, and she and her staff are very kind, understanding, skilled in working with dental anxiety, and non-judgmental. After multiple visits I still hate going to the dentist, but I trust Dr. Brand to take great care of me.

Highly recommend. been going to Dr. Brand and Premier Dentistry for years, and they are the best dental practice I've ever been to. Dr. Brand is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, as are all of the hygienists, receptionists, and other people there. They make communications and appointments easy, are flexible, and always discuss costs thoroughly with me beforehand. Dr. Brand has solved some dental issues that other practices either caused or had no solution for. I wish I could bring them with me when I move out of Chicago soon!

From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the staff, you know that you’re in the right place. Grenelda was super kind and took great care to ensure my comfort. Dr. Brand is top notch and just as lovely as her staff. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, this is where you want to go. They will take great care of you.
