Real horror story begins. Nice and innocent They called me a second time for another consultation. And this time the doctor came to try to convince me The consultation was impressive — warm, confident, detail-oriented, told me I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. That was the best part of the entire experience. It was all downhill after I signed. Oh I wish I left as soon as I seen issues I came in with three small gaps in my front teeth — small enough a credit card would barely slide through. Almost five years later I’m still dealing with the damage. Once treatment started, he was barely involved — it was mostly assistants. When I developed pain in my teeth, eye, and jaw, I told him directly. He said it couldn’t be from the Invisalign and kept going in the same direction. No investigation, no adjustment, no follow-up. My bite ended up twisted and I developed TMJ issues. At one point a crown popped off and the relief was instant — that’s how much pressure my jaw was under. I’ve since been to seven other orthodontists and none can fix it. My takeaway: the sales experience and the actual care are two different businesses. Ask who’s really doing your treatment, review every plan yourself, and if you’re in pain, don’t let it get brushed off — because in my experience, it will be. ? That's when I left because I finally viewed what he was trying to do and I was like there's something wrong with you.

l've had 3 procedures done with Dr. Prero: 1.) Braces 2.)Permanent Retainer 3.) Composite Bonding. The fact that I have trusted him with 3 procedures over a long-term period of a year is a testament to my confidence in his skills, abilities & quality care. What makes Dr. Prero stand out is his ability to tailor to the individual's needs. I'm very specific as to what I want and Dr. Prero will customize it to each of his patients comfort. Not many Orthodontists do this. Dr. Prero is adaptable to any type of clientele because he'll go above and beyond for his patients. He also already knows what you need without you saying it. He knew I needed my retainers updated and I didn't say anything yet about them not fitting. He's whip smart. Veronica, his Orthodontist Assistant is also an amazing part of his team. She is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. When Dr. Prero is busy, she quickly finds ways to help him do less tasks. Odalis is sweet at the front desk and great at management of my appointments. The Prero Orthodontics team should not only be your first choice, but your only choice for Orthodontics work to be done. P.S.: I was never asked to write a review, I just did it freely myself because I'm very happy with all the work this whole team put the effort in. They deserve all the praise they are getting because they deliver quality care and quality results that are a 100% WORTH IT.

I absolutely love Dr. Prero and his incredible team. I travel 4.5 hours every three months just to see him, which truly speaks to how exceptional he is, I could easily find someone closer, but no one compares to Dr. Prero!! From my very first visit, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for…The entire staff is kind, upbeat, and truly invested in creating the best possible experience. A special thank you to my Favorite Irene, who is always so helpful and attentive, as well as Kelly and Christina, who are also among my favorites. Odalis at the front desk is consistently warm and friendly, making every visit even more pleasant. Dr. Prero takes the time to explain everything clearly, making each appointment feel easy and stress-free. It’s obvious how much he and his team care about their patients and the results they deliver. I’m BEYOND happy with my progress and actually look forward to every single visit. I can’t recommend this office highly enough… Thank YOU Dr. Prero for being truly EXCEPTIONAL!!

Dr. Prero and his staff (Iada in particular) are best in the business. They are highly professional, thoughtful, and take their time to get it right. Dr. Prero helped me with overall aesthetics in aligning my teeth as well as pulling up a complicated compacted tooth that erupted when I was the ripe age of 33. High recommend this place for all of your orthodontic needs, and can’t beat the convenient location and views!
