Had to miss 2 appointments because of life or death situations and was denied service. So if you have something happen and have to cancel same day or you know die. They hold it against you. Because going to the hospital to be rescued from something that you could die from is no excuse to not go to your appointment. I would not recommend them. Because emergency medical problems not matter to them. You should show up regardless if your in an ambulance and being rushed to the hospital. They don't care. They will remove you as a patient. For things that cannot be controlled.
The service provided was excellent and met expectations; however, as the Medicaid authorization was not secured, the planned dental treatment could not be completed.
If I could give them ten stars I would. Absolutely phenomenal service with some of the friendliest and most professional people I have ever met. Dr. Rogers and his dental assistant, Justine couldn’t have been better. The only place to go for end to end dental services. Prestige fixed my broken denture and did almost immediate surgery to remove two bothersome implants. Everything was done without a hitch in one day. Couldn’t be more pleased. I thank them, including the front office and billing staff so very much.

The best staff and dental center I could ask for my teeth. The Doctor staff are the best and your care is a priority to them. I highly recommend this office need top notch dental care. Plus they will schedule you earlier appointment if there is a cancelation.
I had an awesome first visit. The x-ray process was phenomenal speaking with the dentist and he went over all of the options of my treatment plan. The front office was very friendly very inviting and were very informative and the treatment process and what the insurance is would pay. I would highly recommend anybody to go to to this office for dentures partial or bridges
Care for patients is outstanding!
Today I had four upper front teeth prepared for crowns and had my temporary crowns installed in less time than I thought. All staff were professional, efficient and caring. All went well.

Their service was fast and friendly. They did a great job on repair of the denture. Can the technician explain to every step of the process she did .Which I appreciated. The cost was fair.
I have implants, one of the screws came out of my jaw, I was told it was still under warranty and there would be no charge. Then I was told I should have come in for more cleanings, so there would be a charge. I never missed a cleaning appointment.So I paid for that appointment, Dr Roger's said no charge for the next appointment. I went in for the abutment and the front office advised there would be a $700 charge. If you go there and spend $22,000, make sure everything is in writing. I will find a new dentist that stands by their work. The screw should have never came out of my jaw in the first place.
