My experience was pleasant. I felt like the doctor explained everything straight to the point. The staff was very much on business and friendly.

I had a crown done in my front tooth in October by another Dentist and it fell out 10 times! I finally demanded a refund and came here to Prime Dental. They were absolutely amazing!! They were able to fix it and now I’m waiting on my new permanent crown. Feeling super excited and relieved.

Visited recently and had a great experience here! I was nervous visiting a new dentist office, but Dr. Patel and his staff eased my fear. Michael was an awesome hygienist who was thorough and informed me what he was doing while cleaning my teeth, which made me less nervous in the dental chair. Additionally, the front office staff and dental assistants were amazing and friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next cleaning!

I had a great experience with prime dental. I had to call them because I was having a toothache and swollen gum but that time they can’t give an appointment because their system was down, I waited for the whole day but no one called me back, I thought of finding another dentist but the next day Mayra reached out and was able to get me the earliest possible appointment, she was very nice and friendly! I got to my appointment and met Dr. Manish Patel who explained the procedure and options, he was very accommodating and straightforward. I am very bad on remembering names but all the staffs were very helpful, caring and friendly! I will definitely recommend prime dental!

The facility is beautiful and the staff are very professional and gentle. Tiffany is kind and charismatic. She will be taking your X-rays and making you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I cannot recommend this office enough! I recently had three of my front teeth extracted, and I was honestly so nervous going into the procedure. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. The procedure itself was incredible. The doctor was gentle, explained everything clearly, and I felt little to no pain during the entire process. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went. My recovery has also been much easier than I expected because of the excellent care I received. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The professionalism, kindness, and skill of everyone on the team exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust—whether it’s a routine visit or major dental work—I highly, highly recommend this office. I have been coming to this dentist for the last two years and they have truly been amazing. The previous dentist office diagnosed me with periodontal disease and they gave me a second opinion which did not find that at all. Dr. Patel eased the anxiety I acquired through that other practice and took care of me. This last visit was great! I went in for a routine cleaning and my hygienist, Michael not only provided excellent service, but great conversation as well.

A quick and painless experience. The doctor, hygienist, and admin were all very helpful and informative. Patiently explaining the services needed, the timeline, and after care.

Easy to say if you're in GP or surrounding area definitely recommend this place. Clean fast and comfortable.
