Pringle Creek Family Dental

I moved to Salem in 2024. I spent months searching for a dentist by making phone calls and sending messages. No one replied to messages or calls. After 6 months I gave up and made an appointment at a clinic. During my first appointment, the dentist said "I only check for cavities." I was so grateful to get an appointment, I didn't ask any questions. Fast forward a year later, the clinic called to cancel 3 appointments and 2 cleanings. I spent hours on hold rescheduling each time. I was frustrated. Instead of making a 4th appointment, I decided to research patient reviews in Salem. Pringle Creek Family Dental had positive reviews , so I made a call. Marcia answered. She said they were taking new patients and asked if I was flexible making appointments. To my surprise, I was quickly worked into their schedule. In addition to a positive experience with Marcia, my experience at the first appointment was equally positive. Dr. Duffy provided information about his practice and explanation on procedures and X-rays. He did a thorough exam, including additional screening for mouth cancer and lymph nodes assessment. Pringle Creek Family Dental treats you like family. I highly recommend the practice.

If I could give Pringle Creek more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our insurance dropped them from their network last year, meaning we now have to pay more out-of-pocket through our dental plan to keep coming here—and it is worth every single penny. The entire team is attentive, incredibly kind, and they actually listen to your concerns. I know a lot of people face massive dental anxiety, which keeps them from getting care. This team completely removes all of that stress. We are so grateful to have them!

Dr. Duffy, Marcia and staff are fantastic! I appreciate Dr.Duffy’s ability to formulate a plan for my teeth and ability to handle everything in house instead of sending me to multiple specialists like previous dentists. I highly recommend them and the office music is also top notch!

I've been around for many years and have been to many dentists, but I've never had a better experience than Pringle Creek Family Dental. Marcia is so welcoming to anyone who comes into the office, the hygienists are always exceptionally friendly and competent, and there is none better than Dr. Duffy! He is the most caring dentist I've had, and he answers all my questions quickly and completely. If you need a good dentist I hope you can get into see these folks at Pringle. UPDATE. My previous review was based on routine dental work at Pringle Creek. This update concerns the extraction of a molar that could not be repaired with a new crown. Talk about PAINLESS DENTISTRY! I went in somewhat anxious knowing an extraction would probably be the result. But from start to finish this was the most pain free dental procedure I have ever had - even the injections Dr. Duffy gave were not even felt, and that has never happened before. Everyone once again from Marcia to the dental assistant to Dr. Duffy made this a dental experience like I have never experienced before. You need a good dentist? Dr. Duffy is a rarity in his field! Thanks to everyone at Pringle!

Simply the best. I have (had) decent dental anxiety and everyone made me feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of. Plus, the quality of work is outstanding. If I could give them ten stars, I would. I will be taking my entire family here from now on.

I'm 65 years old and have had a lot of dentists in my day. Dr Duffy is one of the very best. He explains everything well and numbs everything effectively and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Duffy is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable. My wife used to have a lot of dental anxiety but thanks to Dr. Duffy and his staff, she no longer dreads going to the dentist. They’ve created such a calm, caring environment that it’s completely changed her experience. The staff is just as friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to make sure every visit is a positive one. In our over 8 years going here whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more complex, we always leave feeling well taken care of. I have dentist anxiety! Dr Duffy and his staff make it much easier on me during appointments. I appreciate his sense of humor and how low key and relaxing their office is. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I have gone to other dentists where you wait forever for your schedule appt. I have never had a late appt at Pringle Creek. I appreciate how they value my time.
