Pristine Dental - Dentist Scottsdale AZ

Excellent in all respects. From scheduling my first appointment to having major dental work done, I am happy with all parts about Pristine Dental. A great experience!!!

I’ve been going to this office since 2018 and I was disappointed to learn through my recent dental bill that the dentists at this location are no longer PPO with Delta Dental insurance. They are only Delta Dental Premier dentists now as of last year. This causes more out of pocket charges placed onto the patient. I have never had a problem with the office in the past. I received great care especially from Dr. Tryphose Charles in the past before she left this practice. It is quite pink inside. Just be aware that if you use Delta Dental for your insurance that the dentists here are only Premier and not PPO. To save money, look elsewhere. They do not take other insurances despite what the website states. September 2026 I highly recommend not going to Pristine Dental. I recently had an unprofessional experience with a crown. I am lucky to have been able to had a second opinion on the crown I received. My crown didn’t know if it wanted to be an onlay or a crown. The crown had a large ledge and gap between the gum line and the remaining natural tooth. I felt rushed during the procedure to prepare for my crown. I felt that the language between the doctor, the billing specialist, and the assistants confusing. I did not understand what was truly necessary in that visit until moments before I was told to hurry up and start treatment. I felt like it was the assistant’s first day. They did not know how to do the temporary and permanent molds for my crown. They had to be repeated. The assistant did not know where the whereabouts of anything the doctor asked. When I received my crown at a later visit, I was not offered protective glasses until my temporary crown was mostly removed. My temporary crown got stuck in my eye as it was being removed. There were multiple failures for getting my xray after my crown was cemented. The computers did not work in multiple rooms. I left with my crown feeling too tall and making poor contact with the tooth above it. I had sharp pain whenever I bit down or ate. I am lucky to have a dentist friend at a different practice that was able to correct the crown the next day. I will need the crown to be redone in the future. I am really sad that the care I received was aesthetically unappealing and did not meet the highest industry standards. I was also recommended to do an inlay o lay on a different tooth, but a second opinion found this extremely unnecessary. I have never had anxiety about dental treatment until now. I do not recommend Pristine Dental to anyone.

I had the best experience at Pristine to get a crown installed. Doctor Abdullah Ahmad and assistant Vanessa were the perfect duo. Very professional, personable and efficient. If you need dental work done ask for them, you’ll be glad you did!

My teeth were hurting going in but when I came out they took the pain away and gave me enough numbing stuff so I didn’t have to worry about pain and suffering. I am coming back when my teeth hurt.

It was a really pleasant atmosphere and all the staff members were really nice. I enjoyed my visit!

Dr Cooper is extremely meticulous and thorough. The whole staff is very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Pristine Dental to my friends and family.

Dr. Smith is not only incredibly skilled but also takes the time to listen, explain every step of the process, and ensure you’re comfortable during your visit. The results of my cosmetic work exceeded expectations! My smile looks natural, bright, and healthy. Highly recommend!

Samantha is literally my all time favorite hygienist. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and detailed oriented. I had 2 deep cleaning sessions and she made my experience as calm and pain free as possible. She ensured I’d be fully aware of every step of each session and what it would entail making my experience seamless and actually enjoyable! I’d definitely recommend Pristine Smile to my family and friends! Casa is also super kind and easy going! Such an amazing experience! Thank you for all that you do!
