Professional Dental Associates

I've had good experiences here with cleanings and very minor dental work, but the office staff is extremely rude. I understand policy but when an emergency comes up (ie I do not have childcare for my 16 month old son today due to caregiver illness and no family close by) they still charge a $35 if I want to simply reschedule. I asked if I could bring my son but he is walking and very active (if you have had a toddler, you get it) and she first said "we are not a babysitting service" then said he needs to be in a stroller or sitting in a seat the entire time I get my cleaning... which isn't realistic. I wish this private dental office would be more accommodating and understanding to their loyal patients. Being a full time working mom that solo parents during the week while my husband works, this was completely out of my control, so it's a shame this is how they've lost a family of patients, especially for women employed here who are also working moms. Just beware - if you have a schedule that can be changed (unplanned) at the last minute, don't go here!

I have had traumatic experiences with CCAP. It took me 7 years and chipped front tooth to make go back to a dentist. I have white coat syndrome from it. I looked hard for a reputable dentist and found this absolute gem of a practice, right in my own back yard. They were courteous, reliable, fast, affordable, kind, accommodating, fun, and clean. They went the extra mile and fixed my chipped tooth. 10/10 would recommend.

Doctor Brennan and the hygienist I seen were so kind and gentle. I had some pretty bad anxiety after an extraction. They were so professional, patient and kind. I couldn’t say enough good things about this practice. Happy to have found them.

If you call with an emergency broken tooth, Jody at the front desk will suggest an appointment for 2 months down the road. Not accommodating and no compassion what so ever. You are on your own, go to Google and find an alternative is what Jody will tell you to do. Very disappointing. I do not recommend!

Great place for the whole family. Very friendly & professional staff, clean treatment areas, and easy scheduling. My family has used this place for years and even now that we've out of town I still go back here. Its worth the RI drive.
