ProSmile Dental Implant Center

I went for an evaluation of a surgical procedure that could have been covered by Medicare at no cost to me or alternatively by my Dental insurance which is a cost-sharing program. The evaluation went fine but then after a long wait I was presented with a course of treatment that added up to $3200. I requested that they get a pre-authorization so it could be covered by Medicare medical and got the response "We don't do that." Why didn't they tell me that before wasting 2 1/2 hours of my time and theirs as well. Stupid... Also the surgical part of the treatment (why I was there in the first place) was less than $900. The rest was for other stuff. Dentist offices put car dealers to shame when it comes to packing on extra charges.

Our family has had an outstanding experience with both Dr. Mehta and Dr. Velangi. They have taken excellent care of my mom, including crowns, cosmetic dental work, and extractions. Dr. Mehta is an exceptional cosmetic dentist with incredible attention to detail. He is precise, thorough, and truly cares about achieving the best functional and aesthetic result. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in the plan. Dr. Velangi is an excellent oral surgeon. He handled my mom’s extractions with great skill and professionalism, making what could have been stressful feel smooth and well-managed. He is calm, experienced, and very reassuring. The entire team is welcoming, organized, and professional. We are so grateful for the high-quality care they’ve provided and would highly recommend both doctors to anyone needing dental or surgical treatment.

Dr. Velangi truly saved me. I was referred to him at ProSmile after a dental emergency and came in feeling nervous, scared, and uncomfortable. From the very beginning, Dr. Velangi was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I have a metal allergy, which has always been a major concern for me, and he truly listened. He took the time to explain everything clearly, address my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. He made me feel completely at ease. I needed a few teeth extracted, and he did an amazing job. I was comfortable throughout the entire process and experienced far less discomfort than I expected. His staff at ProSmile was equally wonderful — professional, supportive, and compassionate — and the office atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We truly need more dentists like Dr. Velangi and his team. I will be trusting him over the next year with my implants and feel completely confident knowing I am in great hands. I cannot recommend ProSmile and Dr. Velangi highly enough.

Highly recommend for all dental or oral surgery needs! Staff has been very caring and detailed with both my procedures before seeing the Doctor. Even when I have had after business hour questions. Dr. Mehta and Dr. Velangi went over both my procedures in great detail before starting as well. They all put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.

The team at ProSmile Dental are top notch! I was very nervous for my visit and they made it as easy as possible for me during my visit. Christian and Lynn (Lin?) were great and made my visit very enjoyable! And a huge thank you to Dr.Velangi for making my wisdom teeth removal quick and painless! Recommend the team here to anyone looking for dental work.
