Prosthodontics and Implant Therapy Riverview

On my visit to Prosthodontics and implant therapy in Riverview, I had a photo record taken of my Complete mouth. It was fast and easy because Veronica did it in record time and with a smile.!

They are always polite and professional.

Everyone was so friendly and kind. I felt so welcomed and Dr Iranamanesh put me right at ease.

Talk about checking ALL the boxes -- beforehand, I was contacted so I would know what to expect. It was easy to find, the office is imaculate, I was seen on time, then most importantly, Veronica and Dr. Nika delivered the bad news I was dreading with such respect and even a little hope that some of my teeth may be salvagable. I haven't even seen the quotes and options yet, but if today gave us great confidence that we found the right place.

I genuinely love this dental office. Everyone is always so friendly and pleasant, from the moment you walk in. The receptionist is always welcoming and kind, and the office is incredibly punctual and efficient, which I really appreciate. Veronica is wonderful and always takes the time to give helpful tips and advice. Dr. Nika is honestly one of the nicest doctors—so warm and personable, but also extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. It’s just an all-around great office with a wonderful team, and I always leave feeling like I’ve been well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My first appointment: Excellent...! Excellence... Professional..., courteous, and respectful of privacy. I didn't feel like I was discussing my case with the entire office. Any concerns I had were met with professional compassion along with a simple path forward... Upfront honesty, with an authentic display of customer care, top to bottom. Thank you. Follow up appointment: Today was the day that defused my phobia about going to the dentist...!!! Dr. M. Reza. Iranmanesh is beyond superior! He's the Michael Jordan of dentistry with the skillset of a Neurosurgeon. FACT!!! Never have I ever in my 62 years felt so comfortable in a dental chair. From start to finish it's perhaps the best experience I've ever had..., hands down in any dental setting. Today would have ordinarily been in the hurt locker. But I felt literally no pain. I anticipated pain but there was no real pain. All throughout the procedure the Doctor was constantly checking to see if I was comfortable. He was precise, methodical and SMOOTH!!!... Anyone reading this post, I say this with the utmost sincerity, if you are not a patient at Prosthodontics and Implant Therapy, you should immediately change over! Amazing!!!, Amazing!!!, Amazing!!! And that absolutely includes all of the staff!!! Thank so very much for that level of care!

Outstanding dental practice from Dr. Nima who does dental cleaning and evaluating (for areas of concern) with patience and precision to Victoria who assists on all things dental health to Liz who explains insurance and costs. If you are looking for competence and great care, this is your practice!

I had a wonderful experience! I was very nervous and a little embarrassed about my appointment, but Roberto was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was also amazing—very caring, informative, and compassionate. They both turned what I expected to be a stressful visit into a great experience. I truly appreciate their professionalism and look forward to seeing them again. Thank you!

Veronica was so professional and gentle! She was also very good at explaining what she was about to do and what she needed me to do so that she could get the results that she needed! Veronica is definitely five star! Dr Nika was very warm and friendly. He started by asking me what I would like to have done concerning my teeth; what outcome did I desire. I’ve never been asked that before but it was a very pleasant surprise! He examined my teeth while Victoria took notes. At the end of the examination, we discussed my role in getting the work I needed and what I needed to do concerning VA to expedite my treatment. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, even though nobody likes to go to the dentist!😁 July 8, 2026 I am adding to my previous post since this program won't let me make a new one so.... Today's appointment went just as excellent as the others! Front staff is friendly and very well organized; professional and courteous! I've probably talked with Alexia more and she is a very cheerful person which is exactly the type of person to have at the front desk! The assistant today was a young woman named Adineh. She is also very personable & skillful with a very tender touch. Last visit Dr. Nika removed an old crown from the last tooth in the very back of my mouth. Not an easy tooth to work on to say the least but he did it with infinite patience and finesse! Today was nothing but having the permanent crown put in place. Thank you Dr. Nika! These people have my utmost respect and admiration! If you need a skilled, patient, personal and professional team to make your mouth more healthy and your teeth look better; if you want a smile your not shy about, GO HERE!

The office was easy to locate and appealing. The staff and Dr. Iranmanesh were professional, pleasant and very informative. I felt like they heard everything we were concerned about and really cared on getting our situation on track. Thank you so much from a very happy veteran.

I can't thank the whole team enough I had two broken screws in my upper implant and couldn't get any help at two other offices. Veronica was the best very helpful . Just a great experience very helpful and you have a loyal patient. Thanks again.
