I had a wonderful experience! I was very nervous and a little embarrassed about my appointment, but Roberto was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was also amazing—very caring, informative, and compassionate. They both turned what I expected to be a stressful visit into a great experience. I truly appreciate their professionalism and look forward to seeing them again. Thank you!

Veronica was so professional and gentle! She was also very good at explaining what she was about to do and what she needed me to do so that she could get the results that she needed! Veronica is definitely five star! Dr Nika was very warm and friendly. He started by asking me what I would like to have done concerning my teeth; what outcome did I desire. I’ve never been asked that before but it was a very pleasant surprise! He examined my teeth while Victoria took notes. At the end of the examination, we discussed my role in getting the work I needed and what I needed to do concerning VA to expedite my treatment. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, even though nobody likes to go to the dentist!😁 July 8, 2026 I am adding to my previous post since this program won't let me make a new one so.... Today's appointment went just as excellent as the others! Front staff is friendly and very well organized; professional and courteous! I've probably talked with Alexia more and she is a very cheerful person which is exactly the type of person to have at the front desk! The assistant today was a young woman named Adineh. She is also very personable & skillful with a very tender touch. Last visit Dr. Nika removed an old crown from the last tooth in the very back of my mouth. Not an easy tooth to work on to say the least but he did it with infinite patience and finesse! Today was nothing but having the permanent crown put in place. Thank you Dr. Nika! These people have my utmost respect and admiration! If you need a skilled, patient, personal and professional team to make your mouth more healthy and your teeth look better; if you want a smile your not shy about, GO HERE!

The office was easy to locate and appealing. The staff and Dr. Iranmanesh were professional, pleasant and very informative. I felt like they heard everything we were concerned about and really cared on getting our situation on track. Thank you so much from a very happy veteran.

I can't thank the whole team enough I had two broken screws in my upper implant and couldn't get any help at two other offices. Veronica was the best very helpful . Just a great experience very helpful and you have a loyal patient. Thanks again.

Very pleased with my first appointment with Prosthodontics & Implant Therapy in Riverview. Office staff were friendly, welcoming, and informative. I did my paperwork ahead of time so they had everything ready when I arrived. Veronica was excellent. She took pictures, X-rays, and answered all my questions and put me at ease. Dr. Nima Iranmanesh and Veronica did my exam and explained every detail. I was nervous when I arrived, but the care and concern they give you as the patient was remarkable. My first visit and I was very impressed with this Dental office. Every associate was extremely professional and accommodating. Dr Nika explained the process I need in detail so I would know what to expect with procedures and cost. Veronica is who did all of the preliminary work and she was fantastic super easy to talk to and very understanding. A great find for me.

My first appointment with Drs. Iranmanesh was on January 9th, and from the very beginning I was impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Even before I arrived, the office staff was extremely thorough, asking me to complete a detailed health assessment that even included the type of music I prefer to listen to during my visit. That level of attention to patient comfort really stood out to me. Drs. Iranmanesh and his assistant were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my situation and needs. Drs. Iranmanesh also has a great sense of humor, which helped ease my fears about undergoing dental implant surgery. He took the time to explain the treatment plan clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Fast forward to my most recent appointment on March 6th, after my temporary implants were installed, I truly have something to smile about now! The results so far have been amazing. I only have a few more scheduled appointments before everything is finalized, but already I can enjoy eating all types of food again without any discomfort. Great dentist, they don’t just do what you expect with great cleaning and dental work, but you can really see they take their knowledge to a masters level.
