I hardly know where to begin as my heart is overflowing with gratitude for Dr. Kyle Murdock, DMD and his wonderful team at Prosthodontics of the Carolinas. After a deeply distressing experience at another dental practice in Charlotte, where I felt completely dismissed and was poorly treated, I arrived at the office of Prosthodontics of the Carolinas feeling anxious, disheartened and uncertain that anyone could truly help. From my very first consultation that changed completely. Dr. Kyle Murdock welcomed me with compassion, treated me with genuine respect, and made me feel seen as a person and not just a patient. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain all my options clearly, and made sure I understood each step of the process. His skill and attention to detail in creating my new partial denture has completely restored my comfort and confidence. Throughout every appointment Dr. Murdock demonstrated exceptional integrity. I never felt rushed, he always made sure I was comfortable and I consistently felt all he was doing was truly in my best interest. His entire team mirrors this same kindness and professionalism. Jessica, the office administrator has been absolutely wonderful. She is warm, efficient, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and informed. Every staff member I've encountered has been reassuring and unfailingly thoughtful in creating an atmosphere of genuine care that has made each visit a positive experience. It is rare to find a dentist who combines such technical excellence with unwavering compassion and honesty. Dr. Murdock and his staff are a remarkable group of people who have deeply touched my life with their care. I am profoundly grateful and highly recommend Prosthodontics of the Carolinas without hesitation to anyone seeking outstanding dental expertise delivered with heart.

Not sure how to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for everyone in the office. So let's give it a go! I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffman's for 20+ years [we did the math] EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE is absolutely incredible. You are treated so well with such kindness and ABSOLUTELY the best possible dental care imaginable. You will never be given any care/services you don't need. Everyone's top priority is you, the patient. They insure you are getting the best possible care, with no surprises. Consultations are very honest and most of all your opinions are very clearly explained in a manner that is easily understood, with such care and professionalism.

How often have you had a doctor call you after office hours and spend a half hour just answering questions? Probably not too often. And how about if you weren't even a patient yet? Probably never. But that's the kind of person Dr. Murdock is. And sensing my distress about an upcoming surgery, he made himself available the very next day, during which time he created a mold for a surgical obturator, promising it would be ready for a surgery less than a week away. He is an exceedingly knowledgeable and caring professional. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Murdock and his wonderful staff.

Front desk, techs and dentists are so great. Accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed my issue on the first appointment! Explained everything clearly and took my preferences into account. Reasonable pricing.Very thankful!
