Proven Dental - Dr. James Murphy

I was there to fill out paperwork for setting up a new account. Joelle was friendly, professional and had a comprehensive knowledge about her job. She was able to help me navigate the forms and explained anything that was confusing to me. All in all, a stellar first impression of my new dental staff. The next day I had an appointment with Adriana for baseline xrays and then an exam by Dr. Shin. Everything was explained in detail and in language that I could understand easily. I had opportunities to ask for clarification and actually had the best introductory experience in a dental office that I have ever had. I felt like I was going to have an active part in my future treatment. What a concept! I look forward to a great working relationship with this team.

The staff does a great job. Nina did a great job with my cleaning. Joelle was very helpful with my billing process and insurance. They got me in and out quickly.

Dr.Shin & Johnaton took great care of me on my appointment. I’m not a fan of the dentist but they make it an easy experience, they also have good taste in music which makes the time go by quick.

Dr. Cook is amazing! She had my clear retainers made and was incredibly kind and informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure my retainers fit properly and comfortably before I left. I also want to recognize Nina, my dental hygienist. She is gentle, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain proper home care and discuss any concerns I have. Her attention to detail and patient education makes every visit a positive experience. I've been coming to Proven Dental for just over a year, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. The entire team is friendly, professional, and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, every visit has been a fantastic experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and customer service they provide!

Hadn't seen a dentist in 15 years. My teeth were generally okay, but there was lots of bad tartar buildup. The x-ray exam was quick yet advanced with modern tech, and a big screen showed me all the images as they were taken. They determined they could clean my teeth that visit, even though I think they stayed past their normal hours to do so. Dr. Cook and Adrianna did an efficient yet phenomenal job removing the buildup, and my gums stopped being sensitive the next day. My teeth have never been cleaner. I've been inspired to floss daily, and I'm getting really good at it. I got really extremely lucky picking this dental office.

Both of our visits with Proven Dental were excellent. We were greeted warmly by receptionist. The techician and dentist that I met with were very gentle and patient about my fear of dental work. They explained everything clearly and were very gentle. This was the best dental exerience I have had in my entire life.

This was the most comprehensive dental experience I’ve ever had. More imaging than I’ve ever had. 3-D imaging of the teeth, actual pictures of each tooth. I need some work done, and the prices are extremely affordable. Now clearly that might be a result of good Insurance, but nonetheless, I like it! The staff was extremely competent. The dentist was thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and explained all my options. I’m in healthcare, and I would love to be able to hire people as good as them! I will be a customer for life.

I had a great experience at proven dental. Jerrica took my initial call and the X-rays when I first arrived. She was super knowledgeable, kind, and allowed me to relax knowing I wouldn’t get any unexpected bills from my insurance due to her attention to detail. My dental hygienist Jenelle was very thorough and gentle. She communicated clearly as she did my exam and cleaning and was very personable. She gave me tips and removed some glue from my braces from 5 years ago (can’t believe it was still there!). My dentist Dr. Cook was super helpful and open to questions. I came in not expecting to need to schedule to get my wisdom teeth out but she made the experience not scary by being so informative and understanding. This team is awesome and I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone, especially those who are uncomfortable at the dentist. They let me see my X-rays and explained aspects that past dentists had brushed over. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions!
