The dental care I've received here has been excellent. My dentist and the clinical staff have been kind, thorough, and professional. They clearly make an effort to ensure patients feel comfortable, take the time to answer questions, and provide exceptional care. I truly appreciate the quality of treatment I've received and have already recommended the office to several people based on the care alone. The reason for three stars is the front office communication. While the front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful in person, the front office seems a bit disorganized. My new patient paperwork was misplaced after I completed it before my first appointment, requiring me to fill everything out again when I arrived. I've also had an appointment cancellation email overlooked and later received a voicemail saying I had "missed" my appointment. Additionally, I've referred three people who left voicemails or submitted appointment requests online and never received a response. Ultimately, none of them established care as they were unable to get in touch with someone to schedule. As a front office manager at a medical practice myself, I understand that busy days happen. However, timely, consistent communication is an important part of patient care. I sincerely hope these processes improve because the dentist and clinical team truly provide outstanding care.

Dentist was great, hygienist was great, billing told us we owed 300.00 after we confirmed they took our insurance. Will update when I get to the bottom of this mess. Would have picked a different office if I had known we would come out of pocket 300.00 +

Dr Poelman and Francisco are an amazing team. Was seen on time, shot was painless , and my crown was done in under an hour in the office ! Amazing experience and look forward to going back.

I haven’t been to a dentist since I was a child. Nearly 15+ years! Dr Lin and all the staff made me feel welcomed despite all my fears. They’ve been understanding, reassuring, and are helping me get my dental health back on track. This place cares for its patients and it shows. Thank you all so much!

Absolutely fantastic experience! This is not your typical dental office. They make you feel comfortable from the beginning, with all their modern and high tech equipment, they make it easy and very affordable, not ever once was I worried about anything they were doing ! Go here you will not be disappointed!!

I have had such a positive experience at Provinces Dental! As someone who gets pretty nervous about the dentist from my past experiences, it has been so refreshing to have a hygienist and dentist who are so compassionate and skilled at what they do. I always feel welcomed and am grateful to have found this practice!

I have been going to Provinces Dental for about 3 years now. Every experience has been great. The front office has always been friendly and professional when checking in and out. Dr. Lin has always been professional and explains procedures clearly. Kim, the hygienist, has been great cleaning my teeth and offering suggestions when I ask questions. I would highly recommend Provinces Dental.

I was greeted warmly and certainly did not wait long to be seen. My hygienist was the best I have ever had. She explained what her recommendations were after a careful review of my teeth and x-ray. I have always been hesitant to use a water pick but she showed me techniques that will benefit me greatly. Thanks you very much. The dentist was also very thorough and explained the procedures I need done to my complete satisfaction. Upon checking out the billing procedure was explained, insurance was run and I was on my way. Thank you all for the great and satisfying experience. Bob. Six month cleaning. Lilly is helpful, friendly, and just generally a fun person . Follow up same day crown and filling. Tech and doc both very friendly and very efficiant. Love the way the tech scans and then the scan goes to the 3 d printer. Fairly painless procedures today. Kim my hygienist was fantastic today. Explored some situations and came up with some good solutions.
