Pulteney Dental Practice

Everyone I met in this practice was friendly and helpful, from Giulia the receptionist, to Gabbie and Jessica the dental nurses, to Ewa the dentist. Ewa talked through my options with me before starting any treatment. She then performed a difficult tooth extraction without becoming flustered despite complications. She kept calm and this kept her nurses calm and myself as the patient. Thank you Ewa for putting me at ease and for your expertise. Thank you Gabbie and Jessica for your care. This was my first time at this practice. I would recommend it.

Today my father had an appointment at Pulteney Dental Practice. My father gets very nervous about having any dental procedures, so on arrival he was feeling very apprehensive. I would like to praise and thank,Dr Ewa Dickinson and Suman ( the nurse), for the care and compassion they showed towards him. Dr Ewa was extremely competent , ensuring that my father’s tooth extraction was carried out precisely, whilst making sure my father remained calm and at ease. He didn’t even feel the needle go in! Not only did Dr Ewa succeed in her professional role as a dentist, but also on a human level, with a disposition that is in tune with understanding and looking after others- a lovely sense of humour too-thank you !

I came from another practice anxious but Pulteney Dental Practice has made visiting the dentist easy. Every single person I’ve seen has relaxed me and made me feel listened to. Just amazing. I’ve even seen the hygienist 3 times which I would have never done.

I am an international student and unfortunately needed a filling redone but don't have a dentist here in England, I did some research and stumbled across this dental practice. I was able to promptly get an appointment with Dr. Ewa Dickinson and she was incredibly thorough for both the initial evaluation and the filling process. She took time to explain the entire process very clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step! While the process was incredibly speedy I don't think I've ever had any dentist put so much care and patience into making sure my new filling felt just right! On top of that she made an effort to make friendly conversation and always had a smile on her face! Could not recommend Dr. Ewa enough.

Needed an emergency filling recently and got fitted in the same afternoon! Saw Dr Monica Rodrigia who was fantastic! So professional, did a really good job with no pain telling me all the time what was happening. Would 100% recommend her to anyone who needs dental treatment. ☺️

Dr Ewa Dickinson gave me a tooth implant after my tooth was damaged. I felt very safe and cared for, as she explained everything and did a perfect job even with my odd shaped roots. I took one star off because it is very expensive. The service was superb and the result is as good as new, but it wouldn't be accessible to everyone.
