Dr White and his staff at Pure Dental are excellent and extremely professional. From the initial consultation, extraction, implant placement and follow up the team was very friendly, polite and professional. These types of procedures can often make someone nervous, but Brandy and Dr White put me at ease and took the time to explain every step of the way and make you feel comfortable. Pure dental redefines what a dental appointment means. I was a little nervous when I first went for treatment but the experience was unbelievably stress free, pain free and professionally handled. Each subsequent visit has been the same. They treat you with respect and the utmost attention to what most works to solve any problems or questions you may have. You are not someone to be rushed through the process. They are knowledgeable, insightful and most of all they genuinely listen. You leave their office feeling like you were the most important part of their day. Modern spotless facility, latest technology and most of all, the most cheerful pleasant staff. Best dental experience I have ever had.
I had a great experience at Pure Dental. My son needed a tooth extracted and was in pain and 3 other places couldn't fit him in for a week or more but Pure Dental got him right in. Very friendly staff helped with insurance and Dr White did a great job with my son. He explained everything completely and got his tooth pulled! Im very thankful for them. Thank you to the team at Pure Dental- Williamsville for the treatment that was provided to me over the past 4 months. I walked into the office knowing that I needed some big repairs. The Dr's gave me a straightforward understanding of the condition of my teeth and the solutions to repair them. The office staff gave me an all inclusive price with no extra costs. For me the solution needed to be the extraction of all of my teeth and 2 new full arches. The extractions, while sedated, had an easier recovery period than some single tooth extractions that I have had in the past. My treatment and follow up visits went right along with the written outline that was given to me before my treatment started. Each assistant and office staff member played a role in my treatment . The information that they provided helped to set me at ease during my treatment. They all made me feel valued as a patient whether I was calling the office or there for treatment. The Dr.'s gave expert advice as my treatment continued and expert guidance when I needed to pick final designs for my replacement teeth. The end result was a new mouth that is both comfortable and that I feel confident in.
The staff at pure dental are AMAZING!!! They are so friendly and welcoming. I hated going to the dentist until I came to pure dental. They make you feel so at ease and they did a fantastic job on my teeth. They gave me back my confidence and I love to smile again. I can not thank them enough! I would highly highly recommend them!!
