Worst dental clinic ever. Receptionist book the appointment without asking. Insertion fell out only one day after(supposed to stay there for more than 4-5days) Too sad google doesn’t have 0star option cuz that’s how much they should be rated.

Highly recommend pure dentistry and a big thank you to Dr Hee and his team for removing all four of my wisdom teeth. I was in a severe amount of pain and Dr Hee was quick to assess my wisdom teeth and remove all four the next day. The whole process Dr Hee and his team made me feel very comfortable throughout and pain free. I am very pleased to report that on the next day of my wisdom teeth being removed I have no swelling and hardly any pain at all. Thank you to Dr Hee and his team for being so professional, making me feel so comfortable and putting my nerves at ease. You guys a truly amazing. I needed an emergency dental appointment and was really grateful for the care I received. The dentist took assessed my situation and explained everything clearly. What I appreciated most was his honesty as he didn’t recommend going ahead with treatment unless beneficial for me and absolutely needed based on my circumstances. The receptionists were also very kind. Highly recommend
One of the best dental surgeries I have ever been to. All the staff are fantastic and Matt the dentist is very thorough and attentive. They all have done a great job for me twice in the last year, both times were emergency on a Sunday!!
I’ve had a wonderful experience at Pure Dentistry. The clinic is always so clean and welcoming. The reception staff are kind, accommodating and really understanding, especially if you feel nervous about dental visits like myself! The receptionists really listen and take the time to talk through everything with you to make sure your comfortable. I personally saw Dr. Thomas for my treatment and he was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and made me feel calm and cared for at every step. I felt genuinely supported and I can’t recommend Dr. Thomas and the whole team highly enough!
I live on the Sunny Coast and my wisdom tooth keep me up all night before Mother’s Day. Every local dentist was closed on Sunday, so I drove to Brisbane after finding Pure Dentistry on Google Maps and it was completely worth it. Dr Tahmoores and his assistant were amazing. The whole experience was quick, smooth, and professional. The clinic is beautiful and very clean, and the marine fish tank was such a nice touch. Everyone was super friendly, and they even called the next day to check on me. I wouldn’t mind travelling again for future dental care. Thank you so much!
I cannot recommend Pure Dentistry in Upper Mount Gravatt highly enough. As someone who is genuinely terrified of the dentist, I had put off treatment for far too long due to anxiety. From the very beginning, Dr Nikita and the entire team were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel judged. What truly sets them apart is their ability to offer treatment under general anaesthetic. This was an absolute game changer for me. I was able to have a much-needed deep clean done without fear or stress, which I never thought would be possible. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion I experienced was outstanding. Even the little things, like how kind and reassuring the staff were throughout the entire process, made such a huge difference. I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a dentist but here we are! I needed 4 wisdom teeth and a molar out and had put it off until it was literally at breaking point. Dr Matthew was so friendly and welcoming on my first appointment and didn’t make me feel judged like my old dentist! I had my teeth removed under IV sedation (amazing!) and 2 weeks post op I’m pretty much back to 100%. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!
I recently took my Grandson here for two wisdom teeth to be removed. They had some complications with the first tooth and organised numerous follow-up visits for him at no extra cost, to ensure he had the care needed and a speedy recovery, which he did. His dentist “Dr Matthew” was so kind and caring, with a genuine concern for his patients welfare - we cannot thank him enough. Fabulous practise; excellent customer service and exceptional clinical care. I would highly recommend them!
Both Dr Ellie and Dr Thomas have been so gentle, caring and reassuring to our 7 year old who needed front adult teeth restored both with and without gas on seperate occasions. Because of their excellent care she has had multiple pleasant experiences. Would recommend to anyone either kids or adults who may be anxious.
