Racist comments from Dr. Amigoni should have the appropriate consequence; the true colors of the man have been exposed. May he understand this impact of his words and if you are a person of color, I urge you to consider another practice

Horrible service

Fantastic dental office! The staff is incredibly friendly, the clinic is spotless, and the dentists are gentle and thorough. A stress-free experience, looks like I have a new dentist!

I am extremely disappointed by what I witnessed regarding the way this dentist treated another dental professional. The comments and behavior came across as deeply disrespectful and racially insensitive. I found the situation disturbing and completely inappropriate for someone working in a healthcare environment. Regardless of someone’s position, background, or race, everyone deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect. Based on what I witnessed, I would not feel comfortable recommending this dentist to others.

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and cultural sensitivity at this office. Hearing Dr. Nicholas Amigoni refer to a Black individual as “ghetto” was extremely inappropriate and offensive. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects to be treated with dignity and respect.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Nicholas Amigoni and his office. During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently because of my race. The way I was spoken to and treated made me feel disrespected, uncomfortable, and unwelcome as a patient. Healthcare professionals should treat every patient with dignity, respect, and professionalism regardless of race or background. My experience left me feeling that this standard was not met. I am sharing my experience because patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and treated fairly when receiving medical or dental care. I hope this office takes concerns about racial bias seriously and works to ensure that every patient receives equal and respectful treatment.

I personally witnessed comments and behavior that I found deeply disrespectful and racist toward Black people, including referring to people as “ghetto.” That kind of language is completely unacceptable, especially coming from healthcare professionals who are supposed to treat every patient with dignity and respect. What makes it even more disappointing is that the office works with Black patients while making these kinds of comments. Dr. Lopez and her staff are the best. Super responsive, friendly, accommodating, and experts in what they do. Can't recommend them enough.

This experience went way beyond my expectations! I wrote a review before but I don't think it ever posted, so here I am writing again because my experience with Dr Lopez, Vivian, and the entire staff was superb. I love that they take a holistic approach, from the cleaning to veneers, I could not be more impressed with the service and that quality of care. And they are so dog friendly, so it was very nice to be able to bring my little furry guy along with me to my appointments. What a special office and team. Thank you so much!
