⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Excellent Experience! I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. I want to give a special shoutout to Kiana, Day, and Kammy at the front desk for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were all extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The dentist was just as impressive! Very considerate, efficient, and quick while still making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly appreciate a dental office that values both its patients’ time and their well-being. It’s not every day you come across a team that makes a dental visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care and exceptional customer service! Thank you all for making my visit a great one!

Very disappointing, I started the process of getting my implant dentures June 2025 I received them in March 2026, after 3 months of discomfort, it was discovered that they were not aligned, therefore it required me to start all over again. I finally got the second implant dentures August 2026 and discovered I needed 2 inserts in which they wanted to charge me, when initially during the second molding there was no mention of charge if I needed them. Keep in mind they were paid in full before I received the first implant dentures. The finance manager was extremely rude because they wanted me to pay for the inserts after a lengthy process. In my opinion I think they try to take advantage of senior citizens.

I had such a wonderful experience at Quality Dentures and Implants. Dr.. Austin Fowler, DMD, was absolutely fantastic professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit, taking the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. The entire office staff was equally exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. It’s was refreshing to visit an office where you feel truly valued as a patient. The level of professionalism, kindness, and customer service from the entire team really sets this practice apart. I highly recommend Dr. Fowler and Quality Dentures and Implants to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

I am completely happy with everything Dr. Fowler, Walter, and all the staff at Quality Dental did for me. I had a cracked front tooth my regular dentist office found during my cleaning visit. They did not do implants, so they gave the name of a few places. I had many questions as I have never had implant work done. I was not satisfied with the hurried, take-it-or leave it responses. I researched again and found Quality Dentures & Implants. At the initial consultation the recommendation and proposal was thoroughly explained. Dr. Fowler and staff were professional and personable in answering my questions. Every appt. & procedure was professionally performed and the next appt. explained. A few months later I have front implant that matches my original equipment. 😁

If you want to feel heard, better about your smile, not rushed, then you need to contact Dr. Fowler and his team, from the first day to having a permanent smile. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I would never want to smile, have to stand a certain way during photos. Now, I can smile, and, not care about my physical appearance.

I’m giving them five stars all the way. This place definitely gave me the dentures and smile I was looking for. The staff is there to help you, and they’re more than willing to go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you pay for. I’ve been to several different places for quotes, and this place was by far the best choice for both price and service. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want, which I really appreciated. I really can’t express the amount of gratitude I have after coming here. Walter made sure that I was able to afford these dentures that I’m sure are going to be amazing. Kianas table side manner was just great. She put me at ease right away and I have never felt more comfortable with someone I just met. I only talked to the Dentist for a few minutes about my dentures and he made me feel confident in his skills.Anyone that is in need of dentures, I highly recommend coming here.
