I have a smile back thanks to the amazing team at Queen King Dental.

I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at this clinic. We have 100% coverage under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), yet this office has repeatedly attempted to charge us out-of-pocket expenses. Last year, my partner brought our son here for an emergency visit that should have been fully covered under the CDCP. They charged us $100 anyway. We recently attempted to book a routine cleaning and a orthodontic consultation for him, and they again insisted we would have to pay out of pocket, claiming we had already exhausted our covered services for the year. Because of this, we decided to get a second opinion and contacted a different dental office. The new dentist confirmed that we are entirely covered, and that those specific services are still completely available to us under our plan. Furthermore, the new clinic was surprised we were charged for last year's emergency visit, as the CDCP explicitly covers a set number of emergency visits per year at no cost to the patient. It appears this office is misrepresenting plan usage—telling patients their coverage is exhausted so they can collect cash upfront, while potentially still billing the CDCP. If you have insurance or CDCP coverage and utilize this clinic, I highly recommend cross-referencing your benefits with another provider. They are charging patients for services that are supposed to be free under government plans. I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate dental regulatory authorities regarding these deceptive billing practices.

Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Simali, who is providing me with bridge implants for two of my teeth. I found her to be exceptional, highly professional, and personable, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. My experience with her was outstanding, and I look forward to our next appointment for my permanent implants. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Annabell, the treatment coordinator, who ensured that I had all necessary arrangements in place for a successful dental procedure. She was a pleasure to interact with, very informative, and took the time to address any concerns I had.

What a great atmosphere for a dental office! Always something current on display. Today they had Father’s Day banners up. Always cheerful and welcoming at reception, and professional and thorough in the chair. I am very happy with King Queen Dental.

The staff are very attentive, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I also appreciate the thorough information they share, which makes me feel confident and well taken care of. Overall, a great experience—I’m very happy with my decision to switch!

I’ve been a patient here for the last 3 years and I am such a huge fan of this clinic and team. Shortly after I became a patient here, I went through some really painful emergencies with my teeth in a short span of time, and they took such good care of me. From the front desk staff making space in the schedule to see me as urgently, to the hygienists and assistants who made sure I was comfortable and showed me so much compassion and care, and to Dr Garach who took my tearful after-hours phone call and saw me within half an hour to get my pain under control, and who called me at home several times in the ensuing days to make sure I was ok. I initially chose them mainly for their convenient location, and the staff at this clinic have gone above and beyond in my care, for which they have earned my loyalty and gratitude. In fact, one of the staff members still comes by to give me a hug every time she sees me on the schedule for a simple cleaning!

Queen King Dental is an excellent clinic! Everyone there is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and explain everything as clearly as possible. They also help you navigate procedure planning, insurance coverage, and financial details, which makes the entire process much less stressful. The hygienists are also very kind and professional. During my appointment, I met with Brittany, who was wonderful. She explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Dr. Garach checked my treatment and she was absolutely amazing, professional, caring, and thorough. She carefully explained the condition of my teeth and prioritized the procedures based on what I needed most. I had two fillings done on the same day, and I am very satisfied with the results. It is easy to tell that, for Dr. Garach and her team, patient care comes before money. They genuinely care about your health, needs, and priorities, and that makes a huge difference.

I have been a dental patient of Dr. Larry Levin's for many years. He is a very kind person and does exceptional dental work. Thank you Dr. Levin! Amazing experience with Queen & king Dental Clinic. The hygiene specialist who assisted me yesterday was incredibly polite, kind, and professional. Her positive attitude and excellent skills made the whole experience very comfortable and pleasant. She clearly cares about her patients and does her work with great attention and professionalism.
