I love going to this Dentist. The Hygienist Ms.Judy is the best. She does a phenomenal and professional job on your teeth. Trust me it’s like getting your teeth detailed( if you have a car)! You will love the care, attention and hospitality given to you! The whole staff is soooo warm and caring. They are clean from top to bottom!😉 Hey, per my request ask for Ms. Judy and say Mr. Robinson said she s Total Care❤️
Today was my 2nd visit here. First visit was hectic. Just like this one appointment at a certain time. I dont get called back until a half & hour later. The hygienist was nice for my first visit. It was a african american guy. Didnt get his name. Ended up in there for over a hour my first visit. This visit the same. Appointment was at 9 am. I arrived 845 no one was there . Security came and checked and asked if I seen any one. I said no. No one came yet. A lady appeared and said to fill out a clip board to check i did that and handed it back at 905. Got called back for x rays at 925. Sat in the exam room for almost another half and hour. Judy is a excellent hygienist. Good at her job. They need schedule people better instead of 3 ppl at 9 am for one time slot.
Dr. Judy is amazing she makes my son very comfortable which is not easy due to his autism. She is always pleasant even during our late evening appointments. The whole staff is great huge change from when I was a kid.
So I’m writing anonymous because I’m embarrassed! I tried to refrain from leaving a review because I’m not that type of person unless it’s a good one, however this has been weighing on my mind and my heart HEAVY that i have to leave one, I was recently seen here at the location by Dr Cardwell & i did not have a pleasant experience with her! The front desk staff was so welcoming respectful n very helpful! However the hygienist was kind of rude, i had not been to the dentist in a while, life happened i had no insurance & was struggling with mental health really bad, so i lacked self-care for years not on purpose but i was struggling to even stay alive for a very long time! The dentist wasnt on my mind! However now that i am somewhat mentally n physically doing better i knew i needed to see a dentist , when it was my turn she did my exam with the door open , she said mean & rude things about my teeth & it was very embarrassing because it was so many people tht could hear her & ppl in passing in the halls. I could hear people laughing & of course all eyes were on me when i left! I sat in the parking lot & cried for about 40 minutes!!! I was suppose to come back for my procedures soon but that did not sit well with me to the point i don’t ever want to see another dentist because of this experience! I left feeling so humiliated & de humanized & slightly depressed since the day it happened. I won’t be returning here ever, i hope that day made her feel good about herself. Also what makes it even worse is im an employee of Hopkins, I’ve never experienced anything like that!
Ms. White did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. She was gentle, thorough, and made the entire process comfortable from start to finish. My teeth feel perfectly clean, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
