I was very happy with my experience at RA Dental․ The staff were all friendly‚ professional‚ and made me feel comfortable․ They took the time to explain everything they were doing and why‚ which I really appreciated․ I never felt rushed‚ and they answered all of my questions․ I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office․

Cruel place. I pre-paid for my appointment because it’s easier. They knew it took me over a year to save this little $500.. then my insurance went back on what they said they’d pay for a previous appointment. On the day of the pre-paid appointment, I missed it. That’s was my fault. I re-scheduled and was on the way again but was told I couldn’t get it done without the $100 fee.. I did not have it so I had no CHOICE but to not come. After this when I called and tried to schedule again they said they took the money I PRE-PAID for my rotting tooth and used it for PAST services. These past services had been already paid for but the insurance went back on what they said they’d pay and so I ended up owing more. I think they did this because I missed the appointment and they were irritated. However my tooth is now rotting and the $500 it took me a year to save to fix it is gone. I would have never pre-paid for the appointment if I knew they’d do that. I think it’s CRUEL. Simply CRUEL. I understand that I missed the appointment and they do have a right to take the $100 fee ..I understand, but I think they took the rest out of spite. They said I missed two appointments and I technically did but I was on the way to the second one and they told me not to come unless I had the $100 fee.. By “the rest” I mean the other money that the insurance didn’t pay even though they said they would. Either way regardless of my wrongdoings I still think that’s cruel. I have a hole in my tooth and it hurts and I’m sobbing because I’ve already paid to get it fixed and it took me a year to save that little money. By the time I save it again I think I’ll loose the tooth. I am devastated. They knew that. They knew that.

I had a great experience with Dr. Farah Yasmeen and her team. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Yasmeen was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring throughout the entire visit, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the quality of care she provided. I highly recommend Dr. Yasmeen to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

My experience with this dental office left me feeling misled and frustrated. During my examination, I was told I had five cavities in total, including one on a wisdom tooth. I was specifically informed that the cavity on the wisdom tooth would not be treated because extraction was considered the more appropriate option. Based on that information, I was told I would need four fillings. However, when I arrived for the procedure, the dentist completed fillings on five teeth. Afterward, I was presented with a bill that was approximately $150–$200 higher than expected. I was told that an additional cavity had been discovered during the procedure and treated without any prior discussion or consent. My concern is not that additional dental work was needed, but that it was performed without informing me or giving me the opportunity to approve the added treatment and cost. When I attempted to discuss this issue, the front desk staff became defensive and offered explanations that did not adequately address my concerns. I understand that dental treatment can be expensive and that treatment plans may change. However, patients deserve clear communication, transparency regarding costs, and the opportunity to make informed decisions about their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

From feeling welcomed at the door to meeting multiple kind & well versed staff members; all factors culminated into a FANTASTIC experience. First time here and it was both informative & most accommodating, not to mention an extremely smooth process overall. Never thought I would look forward to going back to the dentist but here we are 😁

Amazing staff and great doctor. She is always so kind and took into consideration my fear of pain. She numbed me very well for my fillings and I am coming now as recommended, as opposed to my 10 years of not going to the dentist from previous painful others.

This was an amazing experience. Brittany was nice and polite at the front desk. The office was cleaned and the staff was friendly. Above all, Faye was thorough in cleaning my teeth. The best cleaning I've ever had at any dentist's office. Thank you all

Felt heard and important. They were very thorough and didn’t push unneeded things on me like some of the chain dentist offices. Explained everything and gave me options to consider. Genuinely felt like she wanted what was best for my teeth in the long run.
